Very pleasant place, too bad we couldn't stay longer to enjoy it more

Very nice apartment. It feels very private despite being attached to a main house. We had no inconvenience for you. It is located on top of a hill, which is normal in Buzios. I recommend getting around by Uber or renting a vehicle. The distance from the apartment to Rua das Pedras on foot is 12 minutes, very close and safe. The hosts have beautiful cats and dogs, as well as a rooster, which give the place a very cozy touch. Louie the host was attentive and timely at all times to our concerns and needs. I would only recommend adding a washing machine for people who have a long stay, as was our case. In short, a nice place, private and cozy. I highly recommend it.

We had a great time in the apartment! It is large and comfortable. The kitchen is very equipped and easy to cook in. The location is quiet but close to the Main Street.

A luxury!! You have everything you need for a family vacation. We went with my wife and two kids. The location is excellent, steps from Rua das Pedras , orla bardot and with easy access (we take Uber) to all the buzios beaches. Very safe place!! Luiza is always attentive to everything. The patio of the apartment is super enjoyable. Highly recommendable!! We'll be back.

I had the pleasure of staying with my husband and our 6 year old daughter from 22/3 to 1/4/25, and I can only thank you for the wonderful experience. From the first moment, Sergio and Beatriz stood out for their kindness and attention. Always willing to help us with any questions or recommendations about the area, they made us feel welcome and cared for. The apartment is simply spectacular. It is perfectly equipped with everything needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, not to miss our house. The beds are super comfortable, the cleanliness is impeccable and the decor, with a warm and cozy touch, made us feel right at home. Also, the facilities are modern and quality which made our experience even more enjoyable. The location is unbeatable, just 200 meters from Rua das Pedras and with access to transportation right at the gate of the complex. I highly recommend this beautiful place without any hesitation. We'll definitely be back!

We had a lovely vacation at Ezane's place! Spacious house, in a quiet and safe condominium! the location is second to none, 3 blocks from downtown but far from the noise so on nights we could rest.. We'll definitely be back when we have to go back! Many thanks Ezane!!!

I really enjoyed my stay at this listing. The house is very nice, cozy and tastefully decorated. What I liked most was the kitchen: spacious, comfortable and perfect for cooking in peace. Everything was very clean and well taken care of. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to go back.

The apartment is very spacious, clean and tidy. It has a mini kitchen, living room, very clean bathroom and a very comfortable bed. The location is excellent: close to the center where there are many places to eat and also close to public transport which makes it easy to access all the beaches. I took my family to spend a few days in Buzio, I chose Gustavo's house for the privacy and coziness, my family and I loved the place, we felt at home. Gustavo was very attentive and gave us tips for shopping and places to visit. Thank you Gustavo.

Family trip in May with children, we loved the house, the condominium, the surroundings. It is fully equipped with everything you need and if you need something extra, Mauricio will solve it immediately. Walking to the center and Ferradura beach, and next to a bazaar that is held every Thursday in the nearby square. Very safe, and everyone was very friendly. I'd like to highlight Mauricio and his wife, who are a 10! They were concerned and always willing to help. Thank you very much for such a nice stay!

Very good stay, cozy penthouse, with 4 bedrooms, great gourmet area and pool, good bathrooms, room and spacious kitchens, ease of checkin and checkout, request and proactive host.

Our stay was wonderful. My family and I felt at home. The apartment is beautiful well equipped and with a great location very close to the beach. Christiane has always been very solicitous, kind and willing to make our stay great. It would definitely indicate to my family and friends and I hope to be able to return in the future.

We were very well received by Daniel and his wife, in all the accommodations that I have already stayed with, I have never been so well received, very polite and antecious, impeccable apartment, great beds and pillows , complete kitchen outside the pampering he left for the children, I hope to have the opportunity to return again in his lodging, Daniel is a score of 1,000 .

We stayed at Danielle's apartment for a month and we loved it. The apartment is modern, well equipped, modern and comfortable with everything you need for a long term stay, including a kitchen with all the amenities you'd expect in your own home. The wifi was also reliable. The location is great, just a short 5 minute stroll to a lovely white sand beach and there are shops, bakeries, restaurants, bars and supermarkets all on your doorstop. We are so pleased we chose to stay at Danielle's as she is an outstanding host. Kind, friendly, very well organised and really goes out of her way to make her guest stay a memorable one. Whilst Danielle lives 3 hours from the apartment, she is always quick to respond to messages and her family and Mauro ( who takes care of the apartments day to day) are there to help you with anything you might need help with. Danielle owns a number of apartment in the area and I wouldn't hesitate to stay in any of them as you will feel right at home.
