The guest house is located in a quiet residential area 1.8 km from the city center and train station. Within 1.5 km are IBC, IBA, UC-syd, VUC/HF, SDU and the School of Design. Bus stop is 200 m from the home. If you have an electric car with a "type 2" plug, you can charge your car for a fee.

No kitchen, but a fridge/freezer, plates, microwave, toaster, coffee/teaboiler and BBQ grill (outside). Small table and 2 chairs + one extra comfortable chair. Terrace with grill is avalible just outside the door. Pets are Welcome. There is free parking in the driveway at the adress. Bikes kan be parked at covered terrasse. 5 minutes walking distance from lake park and city centre.

Cottage at Binderup Strand

Here you can enjoy peace and quiet in a small cozy cottage near the forest and beach. There are great opportunities to swim at the beach or take a walk in the nearby forest. You can also go to the scenic and historic Skamlingsbanken to enjoy the view or visit the small fine experience center, which describes the historical events in the area. The house is functional and cozy with a centrally located wood stove inside and a nice private garden outside. The living room overlooks the ocean.

Architect-designed summerhouse from 2019 directly on the beach. It has peace and quiet and a great view of the water where you can keep up with the changes of nature throughout the day.
