Third stay at Elle's- a slice of heaven. We really enjoy the peace and beauty of the property. Our 2 year old ran around and played with Elle's dogs and kicked balls around. The staff on site are the best. Elle is super responsive and kind. Love the pool and walks in the coffee.

Jeg og to andre booket Airbnben til Sekunda i fire uker og det var fantastisk🤩 Vi følte oss veldig hjemme der og vi synes området rundt var veldig bra og trygt. Det er gå avstand til supermarkedet og det er også mange små boder i gaten som vi kjøpte matvarer og vann fra, som var kjempe fint å ha i nærheten av seg. Hver 4.dag ble leiligheten vasket av Rachel og det var vi veldig fornøyd med og hvis det var noe problem fikk vi rask hjelp av både Sekunda og vaktmester Ezra😊 Vi er kjempe fornøyde med oppholdet!

2 weeks in this house was really peaceful and nice. The general manager Mudy and also Anna were very proactive. The house is situated in a very quiet environment and we could walk 15 minutes to Kendwa beach. Otherwise we took moto taxis. I really recommand this place

The hosts were really amazing and went out of their way to make our stay in Kijivu 1 in Njiro pleasant. They let us check in early and check out late- helped with a driver, were very responsive, etc. overall a great place to stay- we were there a month and were quite comfortable. The house is in a fairly busy area which makes it easy to walk to supermarket and some restaurants but it’s also a bit noisy at night on some weekends. We did get used to this as time went on. We will return!!!

ici tout est OK ! un emplacement comme il y en a peu je pense , ayant voyage en avril , nous étions proche de la plage privée ! l équipe est au top ! le breakfast en face de la mer est copieux ,préparé et servi avec soin par Rama et son équipe. Vous pouvez également leur faire confiance pour ce qui serait de l ordre des divers centres d intérêts.Poir ma part bois avons nage avec les dauphins ,organisé par haji ,un membre de la team .Vraiment cool et d un bon rapport qualité prix ! Entre une mer magnifique et un village authentique ,favorisant les échanges avec les locaux .franchement au top !je recommande sans hésiter !!!

Simone was een geweldige host! Reageerde super snel. Saïd haalde ons van het vliegveld en stond altijd paraat. Mtumwa poetse geweldig! Brandschoon. Bedden werden elke 4 dagen heerlijk verschoond. Bij uitval van electriciteit en water was er een generator. Fijn! Strand voor de deur niet echt schoon, maar klein stukje lopen en je hebt een fijn strand. In huis een info map met allerlei tips voor uitstapjes. Je kunt de hulpzame Saïd als chauffeur vragen, of iemand anders. Kinderen uit de buurt spelen voor de deur op het strand. Wij hebben er van genoten! Zet om 17.30 je stoel op het strand en kijk naar de visserbootjes die met hun vangst terugkomen. Het huis heeft een heerlijke veranda met eettafel en stoelen, waar je kunt ontbijten etc. Wij hebben een heerlijk verblijf van 4 weken gehad en danken Simone voor de goeie communicatie! Tip: neem eea voor de kinderen mee. Ze zijn echt arm.

I feel so lucky and grateful to have lived and worked remotely here for 5 weeks. I even booked another stay here before I left. It’s such a special place to stay in such a special part of the world. Shara and Jacob are amazing hosts and remarkable and inspiring people. The house is beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable. Jacob did the woodwork himself in the house and the craftsmanship is amazing. The property is beautiful too and so is the area. It’s up a little ways from town in a beautiful area, still with access to a good grocery store (Woodland Market), there are ATMs and banks near Kilimanjaro Christian Medical Center, etc. It feels like Shara and Jacob made it possible for me to experience Moshi in a local and authentic way and that’s such a gift. I also got to experience some amazing bike rides, plus Jacob is a very accomplished mechanic who takes great care of the bikes for you if you want them. I feel very lucky to have stayed here and very lucky to meet Shara and Jacob.

A great little hideaway. Clean and simple apartment inside and then the marvelous covered balcony almost doubles the living space. Great restaurants and take aways nearby. Very luxurious to sit and eat at that private rooftop table. Good spaces for yoga and meditation inside or out.

This is my second time staying at Arikays Homes in Sinza, and once again, it was a pleasure. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout my stay. Security is top notch, which made me feel very safe and comfortable. The hosts were always responsive and made sure everything went smoothly. Highly recommend.

Attu's place is located in very safe street close by to the police station, security guarded and monitored with CCTV 24/7. The landscape and garden outside are well maintained which provide a comfortable outdoor atmosphere. The kitchen is full equipped with all the essential utensils for cooking, eating and coffee making. The internal decor and amenities are of high quality designed to give you a sense of luxury and value. The room is spacious with Queen size bed, and I found the mattress to be very comfy covered with very clean sheets. She has installed water system that ensure the water running in the house is clean and safe, the water from the tap is portable. Reliable power with standby generator. I had warm welcoming to the house especially from Mama Agnes who always available whenever you need her help. The host respond swiftly, and she is ready to go extra miles to ensure your stay is comfortable and convenient. This is one of the gems in town and I would recommend to anyone.

Fantastic time at Zenie house. Everything was just amazing. We really enjoyed staying with her and will definitely recommend. Can't wait to come back again .

We had an amazing time in this apartment in paje. It is not far from the beach and the swimmingpool is great. Everything went well, laundry machine available, everything necessary for cooking, people are the gate are really welcoming. We would definitely recommend!

Brenda and Ire's place is a true home, not an apartment that is only rented out. Lots of quirky decor, very colourful, we loved it (family with two teenage daughters). The girls could just walk around by themselves in town, it is all very friendly. Comfy beds and shower. The rooms were a bit hot in January, but manageable with the extra fans provided. Ire, Omar and Salum were very helpful and kind. Brenda wasn't around, but provided timely and extensive communication ahead of our stay. We have been coming to Stone town since 1994; and even with the mass tourism now firmly established on Unguja, Stone town somehow manages to keep its own spirit and this place reflects that spirit. Great stay, we were very happy to come here.

We had a wonderful stay at Magdalena’s apartment by the ocean! We were 3 adults and one infant, and the place worked great for us. Only issue was that the window screens had holes in them, and mosquitos got in if we didn’t close the glass in the evening, so we had to use air conditioning all the time. Also, after the initial electricity balance we had to pay for additional electricity. This could be mentioned in the listing details.

This place is super cozy and it matches both the description and pictures. The kitchen has everything you would need for a short stay. The view of the garden was a lovely surprise and the hosts were responsive and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

My 3 week stay at Wanja's place was peaceful and I felt at home. Wanja and the Aura Space Team were always responsive to my inquires and accommodating to my needs during my stay. This was my first visit to East Africa and to Zanzibar so I appreciated each of the dining and sightseeing suggestions Wanja provided. The area was very walkable and I met many friendly locals who helped to make my stay enjoyable. I would stay at Wanja's place again.

we had a really nice stay. Happy is a very responsive host and always helpful. apartment is nice and clean and the cleaner comes regularly. One time she even noticed the sink was having issues and immediately called the fundi to repair it. The location is great, right in the centre of Masaki. internet works well and we were able to work without issues. We will definitely be back!

appartamento molto curato con due split di aria condizionata, cucina attrezzata, residence assolutamente sicuro, molto curato con una splendida enorme piscina da godere in assoluta tranquillità, con lettini comodissimi e ombrelloni. nel residence vi è una caffettiera dove è possibile fare colazione o pranzo (anche con delivery) a pagamento. Christine ha risposto sempre alle nostre richieste con prontezza e cordialità. WiFi buono che permette di lavorare con un portatile. TV con Netflix . Nell'appartamento abbiamo trovato un bottiglione di 20 litri di acqua minerale a nostra disposizione. Purtroppo non abbiamo potuto utilizzare la lavatrice dell'appartamento poiché era guasta ma all'ultimo piano del fabbricato è possibile usufruire di due lavatrici in comune. Sicuramente Christine provvederà a risolvere il problema per i prossimi ospiti. Ringraziamo Christine per il check out che ci ha permesso di riposare e affrontare con serenità il lungo viaggio di ritorno a casa.

I can't say enough great things about this place, and if we're ever lucky enough to return to Paje we will absolutely stay here again! The place is an apartment in what is really more like a gated community but it's also super close to everything so it's the best of the both worlds - We loved having the pool, communal working space, cafe, parking for our rented scooter, and laundry available and felt super safe because of the security. It was also really nice having a real space to make our own for the week, with a living room + tv, kitchen, and extra bedroom. The beach is a short walk away and there are tons of restaurants on the main the street that are actually better and cheaper then the beach restaurants. If you're only in Paje for a night or two and want to stay steps away from the beach or be right in the middle of the party scene, this might not be the place for you, but we saw a friends room at one of the beach clubs/hotels and were so happy we were staying here instead :)

Wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen! Auch wenn man mittig von Jambiani und Paje liegt, finden sich viele Restaurants in der Umgebung. Auch lokale Verkäufer und ein Supermarkt sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der Strand ist nicht weit weg, und abgesehen der Algen auch schön. Die Anlage selbst ist sehr grün, weshalb man viel Privatsphäre hat. Und durch zwei Pools ist es auch nie "voll". Das Frühstück war super, mit Obst, Ei, Saft und Joghurt und Paola war immer erreichbar für Fragen. Wir haben über Paola eine Tour und einen Shuttle organisiert bekommen und hatten auch sonst eine schöne Zeit in der Nyumbani Residence. Die Unterkunft selbst hat nur eine Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer, weshalb manchmal der Wohnraum etwas warm war. Aber das hat uns nicht gestört. Besonders Highlight sind die süßen Katzen von Paola!

The staff was the best part of the stay. They were amazing, especially Dan. The property is next to the beach and in the middle of a village. Seeing the African culture and way of living mixed with paradisiac views…was riveting. Several descent restaurants in the area as well. Will definitely book again.
