This old barn has been transformed into an architectural experience through modern expansion. Over 250 square meters, two living areas, three enclosed bedrooms and two bathrooms, one with a bathtub. There is also a sauna. Suitable for up to two families or three couples. The location: village edge overlooking the fields, the circular village of Trabuhn in beautiful Wendland. Spacious semi-detached house with the owner's house right next door. A total of about 80-90 m² of living space. Two separate bedrooms, each with a double bed and a crib/cot. It can accommodate up to 5 adults and 1 child. Shared use of the courtyard & garden is always possible. Wi-Fi and two LCD TVs are provided. Excursions to the Harz are very close. The house is situated in a traffic-calmed cul-de-sac. It can also be used for fitters/business stays.

It is a very nice individual apartment. Very quiet location on the edge of the village. The outdoor area with fireplace and barbecue is special. Also nice is the experience of our small herd of goats, as well as the 6 cats and the pair of geese. Thus, it is also an experience for the children.

This small dike house has a kitchen with built-in kitchen, bathroom with shower + window on the first floor. In the attic is the bedroom. The hallway leads directly into the courtyard with a covered terrace. The house is fully furnished.
