It has a separate entrance and parking spaces with the possibility to charge an electric car for a fee of 0.40 euros per kWh. The courtyard is fully fenced and ideal for children. The swing, sandpit and playhouse are available for playing. You are welcome to use the pool. A barbecue (charcoal) is available. We also live in the house and are always available

Our apartment is the ideal base for exploring the old town of Tangermünde and the Elbe landscape.

Free parking is available right in front of the door. The apartment is located in a historic Magdeburg neighborhood, 10 minutes walk from Neustadt train station and 10 minutes from the university. The Elbe bike path and historic harbor are also around the corner.

Our converted barn is part of a former small estate near Brandenburg an der Havel. Idyllically located in a very small village, you can enjoy nature from here, take long walks through the forest or to the water. The house offers a cozy, bright and serene atmosphere. The large table for more than 12 people and the open kitchen-living room invite you to cook and linger. But seminars or yoga groups could also feel comfortable with us.

This is the perfect breakfast room – and in the evening the right box seat for the sunset.

Visit us in our small apartment (30 m²) in a quiet location overlooking the Mittelland Canal. The large garden, which you are welcome to use, and the wind-protected terrace promise relaxation in almost any weather. Parking for bicycles is available on the property (partially covered). This is also the habitat of our Labrador mix Luci. The journey by car to Magdeburg is 15 minutes and to Haldensleben 21 minutes.
