From the location, the views, the well appointed kitchen, the mini split, the fun decor and engaging book collection, the cleanliness, etc. Simona was an ideal host: communicative and helpful. The location is excellent, 5 minutes from Orvieto but immersed in calm and silence, the house is very nice and comfortable, the photos hardly do it justice. The view of Orvieto from the window is appreciated. Everything was great, we had a great time!

Ilva was so sweet to arrange to hold a free parking space for us and provided very clear driving instructions as a local road was closed. The apartment was just as pictured and spacious enough for our family of three. The town is a short walk away and worth spending a day or two!

Letizia has a lovely slice of heaven here! I would highly recommend it. Peaceful and lovely but has everything you need. We enjoyed snuggling by a nice fire almost every nite!
