Monthly Rentals in Tallahassee

We were in town for FSU graduation. Richards place fit the bill. Was exactly what we needed... a place to sleep and recharge. Had a few conversations with hosts and they were both very friendly. Would definitely stay again the next time in town. Thanks

Katherine's place was exactly what we needed for a weekend stay during FSU graduation. It was clean and quiet. It was also close to my daughter's place and an easy drive to campus. Katherine went out of her way, surprising my daughter with decorations and a very thoughtful and unexpected graduation gift. I will definitely stay again if I am back in Tallahassee.

Joanna is an excellent host! My daughters and I had to come to Tallahassee for a family emergency. Joanna went out of her way to make sure that everything was good and that we were comfortable throughout our stay. There are several grocery stores and restaurants within a 5 mile radius. I gave the location 4 stars just because there is a lot of construction going on around there. However, it was peaceful and quiet at night and we did not have any trouble with noise.

The cottage is comfortable and well appointed, so that it does a lot in a small space. I enjoyed my stay very much. Jim is a gracious and responsive host.
