Beautiful Guest House in Desirable Northside

Hello and welcome to our home! This guest house is in our backyard and is very cozy with a large, screened-in porch. Sit in a rocking chair on the porch and enjoy the sounds of the many birds and the company of butterflies and hummingbirds. The King size bed is so comfortable! Our neighborhood lies between the Market District to the south and Bannerman Crossing to the North. There is shopping as well as many restaurants all around us. Downtown and FSU are 20 min away depending on traffic.

One queen bed, two twin beds, and a pull-out sofa bed for up to 5 guests. One full bath, one half bath, and washer/dryer. Gas grill available for grilling out and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Satellite TV and Wi-Fi available. Beautiful NE location, 7 min to Target/Publix, 15 min to I-10, 30 min to FSU stadium, 20 min to Tom Brown park.

Historic Briarcliffe Cottage

This quaint two-bedroom stone cottage has all the comforts of home. It was built by a Scottish architect in 1939 with limestone quarried nearby in Wakulla. Full of historic charm; it is listed on the local historic registry & has been lovingly restored and furnished for use as a guest house. Beautiful hardwood floors, original artwork, and modern touches for guest comfort. Close to downtown, approximately 1 mile from the capital building and 1.5 miles from FSU in historic Old Town.

Our lovely French inspired guest house features an open floor plan, 12-foot ceilings with real wood beams, a fully equipped kitchen and large brick patio overlooking a spacious backyard with shared pool. The two bedrooms are connected by a jack and jill bathroom featuring a tub/shower combination. the second bathroom, located just down the hall, has a standup shower. For additional guests, there are more sleeping arrangements in the family room on a single bed pullout love seat.

Elegantly Simple 1 Bed Studio

Unique 1 BR studio for a couple looking to visit Tallahassee or their kids at FSU or attend a football game! Also for the professional traveling into town for work.
