The house gave a comfy cabin vibe! Loved all the amenities the house had to offer, our favorite were the kayaks. I would recommend this place to friends and definitely stay again. We enjoyed our few days at this spot in midtown Tallahassee. The location relative to town was great, but keep in mind it is on a busy road and the side drive leads to multiple apartments. The blinds and curtains were nice, but not all windows had both, so headlights were distracting. The kitchen was our favorite part, and the laundry was a blessing. The beds were comfortable. Definitely stay here when you have more than just a couple people!

Very clean, quiet and comfortable home. We stayed for 5 nights and it was such a pleasant experience. This is located in a quiet upscale neighborhood for Tallahassee standards. We chose this home for its location, pet friendliness and amenities so that my daughter could recover comfortably from Surgery. It was all of this and so much more! Sharon was so amazing and responsive to any questions we had and her manner of responding, just made us both so comfortable being there. Beds were very comfy, the Kitchen had everything we could possibly have needed and the yard was nice and large for the dogs. Although it is minutes from everything (literally 7 minutes from whatever we chose, lol), it was very peaceful and quiet. Neighbors were nice and Sherry (neighbor behind us) was very friendly as well, even offering advice on recommended grooming services in the area. I highly recommend this home for any length stay. We were there for 24 days and felt at home and safe the entire time

Super Clean! This was the cleanest Airbnb we have ever stayed in! Responsive and polite hosts! This comfortable, spacious home had everything we needed. The kitchen was fully equipped. The shower in the primary BR was excellent with great pressure. The covered porch was nice for coffee while our pups were having fun playing in the backyard. It's located in a well kept and safe family neighborhood. Many people were out walking. It didn't take long at all to get to all the great restaurants and shopping. We found nothing negative to review, in fact, we had another couple (also Abnb'ers) come down and spend the night with us, and they were so impressed with the place, they plan to book this great house for their family too. We spent the Thanksgiving holiday/long weekend with our daughter at FSU. It was a very convenient location to visit our daughter's apartment as well as grocery and other stores. The home had everything we needed to prepare a traditional Thanksgiving dinner. The bonus was being able to bring our dog and for our daughter to be able to visit her furry friend. The fenced in backyard was a great place for our dog to run around and play. We also enjoyed smores while sitting around the fire pit. It was a very comfortable place for our entire family to stay and we would definitely stay again.

This house was perfect! Clean, spacious and very warm .. As in feeling at home not actual heat lol .. Matter of fact the AC worked really great! Great host to go with everything else .. I absolutely recommend this property!

Joanna is an excellent host! My daughters and I had to come to Tallahassee for a family emergency. Joanna went out of her way to make sure that everything was good and that we were comfortable throughout our stay. There are several grocery stores and restaurants within a 5 mile radius. I gave the location 4 stars just because there is a lot of construction going on around there. However, it was peaceful and quiet at night and we did not have any trouble with noise.

Going to FSU for my daughter's orientation to start college was a memorable event for our family but staying so close to the campus made it so much easier. Yosmary made it nice and easy to check in and had everything that was listed on the page. Appreciated the baby gate being available to my family since I have a 20 month old son.

We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend at the Rustic River Retreat. We came with our kids and young grandkids and everyone had fun. We loved tha canoes, kayaks, and fishing poles were provided, and we got to use them all. The river was beautiful and we could easily canoe and kayak upstream. The house was just as he said, rustic, and it was comfortable, private, and there was plenty of space for all of us. There were lots of windows with beautiful views of the surrounding area. We would definitely stay there again.

This Airbnb was perfect for what we needed - close to the venue we were visiting and roomy enough for our family group. Carlos not only had everything we needed, but also provided special treats for us to enjoy during our stay. The rooms were spacious and well decorated. This older home is part of a duplex, but has nice updated appointments. It was very clean and comfortable. The location is somewhat tucked away, but this makes it very quiet and peaceful. There are some main streets not too far that provide you with all you need. This home was perfect for our stay and we really enjoyed it! Great host and would definitely stay again. Thanks!!

This was an amazing forest retreat. The view from the many windows and the little patio outside the door is immersive. You really are in the forest and we saw a Barred Owl and several other beautiful birds. The bed was comfortable and the living area is spacious. Be aware that the bathroom is a little tight, but the shower fixtures are very nice. For those who love the outdoors, this is an unparalleled experience.

Definitely a nice big house with big rooms and a great kitchen. Beautiful backyard. Shana was lovely and very helpful. This is in an old neighborhood in Tallahassee. So close to our home. So we rented this to put extra guests. Our guest were very happy. Thanks!
