Enjoy the vacation rental, its cozy courtyard and our heated swimming pool located in our garden, with access from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. We can also enjoy it (4 people max), but in your absence, or according to convenience. A small haven of peace where you can come to rest and relax. The accommodation is equipped with every comfort, with a fitted and equipped kitchen. Quiet, perfect for a romantic getaway or even for work. You can relax in the Nordic bath (private) provided, with one heating session per day included. Private swimming pool open from June to September Pétanque court. Caroline and Sylvain will be happy to provide you with information about all the activities and places to visit in our beautiful region.

This is the wing of our house in the heart of the village of Plouër-sur-Rance. Plouër-sur-Rance is a commune in the Côtes d'Armor department, ideally located between Saint-Malo and Dinan. You can also visit Dinard, Mont Saint-Michel, Cancale, Cap Fréhel, Fort-la-Latte, Saint-Briac, Saint-Lunaire, Lancieux, and Saint-Cast. Plouër is located on the banks of the Rance River with a beach and a port. Plouër is a great place to live, with its friendly Sunday morning market at the foot of the church.

Quiet countryside, close to all amenities and must-see sites in northern Brittany. The La Hunaudaye gîte is perfect for families and comfortably accommodates 10 people. It is located in the heart of an estate on which there is also another cottage and the owners' house on 6 ha: woods, ponds, pasture with animals, covered play area and swimming pool (10*4 m, heated, covered in case of bad weather, from April to November) common to all guests.
