This unoverlooked rental has a south-facing courtyard. Dinard, Saint-Malo and the beaches are 20 Km away Cap Fréhel (40 min) Mont Saint-Michel Bay (45 min) 5 minutes from the cottage, Dinan, medieval town with its cobblestone streets, half-timbered houses, castle. Rue du Jerzual will take you to the port.

Très bel appartement avec une petite terrasse, grande entrée donnant sur un coin cuisine équipée (four, frigo, lave-vaisselle, bouilloire, machine à café, grille-pain, M.O., plaques vitrocéramiques...) et séjour avec canapé et télévision. Couverts et ustensiles de cuisine fournis. La chambre dispose d'un lit king-size 180cm,d'un espace douche et d'une grande baignoire. Le lit est fait. Un supplément de 10€/séjour s'applique si animal. The building is located in the port of Dinan which has many wonderful restaurants and it's only a 10 minute walk up the hill to the city centre. The property has been officially classified as 4 star accommodation.

Nice house in farmhouse of approximately 55 m2. It consists of: - on the ground floor: living room, kitchen area, storage room and toilet. - upstairs: 1 bedroom with a 160 double bed and the other with bunk beds. A bathroom with shower and toilet. Sheets are provided but not towels. A high chair and baby cot are available for guests. The accommodation is located 1.5 km from the center of Dinan and close to the Saint-Brieuc Saint-Malo expressway.
