Vous découvrirez sa magnifique cheminée monumentale et vous tomberez sous le charme de cet édifice authentique, chargé d'histoire avec tout le confort moderne au coeur d'un beau parc de 3 hectares avec son étang à seulement 15 min à pieds du centre historique ou 3 min en bus gratuit.

Au 1er étage une chambre/Sdb/WC. 2e étage en mezzanine 2 chambres traversantes. Bénéficier aussi du petit jardin attenant indépendant. Située dans le "triangle d'or" Saint Malo, Dinan, Mont saint Michel. A 1500m de la Rance et 14km de la mer. Une expérience est possible pour découvrir Les bords de rance en mobylette avec les rétroviseurs

Entre mer et campagne, notre maison de vacances est un lieu calme et agréable, située à proximité du Frémur, à 1km des plages, du bourg et de ses commerces. Récemment rénovée, entièrement équipée (draps, serviettes et ménage inclus) notre maison de 100 m2 vous offre 3 chambres (5 couchages), un séjour lumineux prolongé d'une terrasse plein sud, une cuisine équipée, le tout entouré d'un grand jardin. Trois vélos sont mis à votre disposition pour profiter des facilités de St Briac.

"La Coquille" welcomes you in the heart of the Baie de la Fresnaye, in the immediate vicinity of Cap Fréhel and Fort La Latte. A true paradise for shore fishing, walks and hikes, kites and nautical activities, you will be dazzled by the colorful dawn and shimmering twilight, the comings and goings of the tides, the song of sea birds. The house is comfortable, well-equipped, facing south, surrounded by a garden and a high terrace with stunning views.

A beautiful collection of old stone cottages on the edge of a sleepy hamlet a few hundred yards from the idyllic Rance estuary. Cosy in winter - with 2 wood stoves and a stunning kitchen/dining extension. And perfect in summer with a huge garden, patios, and woods. We only rent the entire property to ONE group at a time. It is suitable for a family, or a larger group of up to 8 adults, maximum.

This is an old outbuilding where cider was made, completely renovated on 36m2 on the ground with a floating mezzanine floor. The accommodation is independent and offers all the modern comforts of a current home with all the useful equipment. The private park of more than 5000m2 is accessible to travelers who can also go see the goats and sheep in their enclosure.
