Small cozy summerhouse 60 m2 about 200 meters from the beach in the lovely Faldsled area, short distance to Svanninge Bakker and Faaborg city. It has lovely views from the living room and terrace of meadow area and peek to the water. The house is bright and lovely, contains kitchen, living room, small toilet w/shower, 1 small bedroom with double box spring (160x200), narrow staircase up to loft with double mattress and small room with 2 beds (80x190) for children. Fireplace wood-burning stove. Lovely terrace, there is a barbecue, sun loungers and outdoor furniture.

Our newly built farmhouse houses two similar holiday apartments. Each apartment has a small kitchen area, bathroom with shower, two beds, dining area and cosy corner. There is TV and WiFi. Possibility to rent a baby cot or extra guest bed for children. Each apartment has its own terrace with evening sun and furniture. The farm is situated in beautiful rural surroundings down to Alssund with its own forest and sandy beach as well as the island's best fishing waters. It's not a luxury holiday home, but it's everything you need in a stunning setting with only 1 minute to the best beach in the area. The sleeping spaces are divided into a bed of 140 * 200 in the cabin and an equivalent in an annex. During the winter period, you have to expect extra costs for electricity and any fires.
