Undisturbed location on a south-facing slope with a large enclosed wooden terrace, private beach and bridge. Possibility of fishing, swimming and hiking in nature. Located 5 km from Middelfart and the Funen highway. The beach cottage was newly renovated in 2022 with a simple and functional decor. The style is bright and maritime, and although the cottage is small, there is plenty of room for 2 people and possibly also a small dog.

We rent out our cozy, charming and newly renovated cottage, which is located in a quiet area overlooking Flensborg Fjord. Do you need to get away from everyday life, love to relax or be active? Then the house is just the thing. The home is located by the beach and Gendarmstien. It has a large kitchen-living room, two bedrooms, bathroom, and large garden with sunny terrace. It is only a few kilometers to the town of Broager with shopping. Price excludes electricity consumption: DKK 5.00 per kWh.

Velholdt sommerhus i naturskønne omgivelser med en enestående panorama udsigt over havet samt kuperet terræn, mark og skov. i kort afstands findes den hyggelige lille landsby Faldsled med lystbådehavn . Der er kort afstand til indkøbsmuligheder i både Fåborg og Horne. Fåborg med mange indkøbsmuligheder, havn med afgang til de mange sydfynske øer, ligger kun 5 km væk. Vær opmærksom på at jeg ikke bruger gift på min grund. Så ukrudt vil forekomme.

You will love my home because of the location, the beautiful scenery aswell as sea views. There are good opportunities for fishing and trekking in the area. The summerhouse is renovated in 2020. Includes 2 floors with 36 m2 on each floor. The top floor contains bright living room/kitchen with panoramic views of Feddet and Lillebælt. The bottom floor contains 2 rooms, bathroom and hallway. From both rooms, there is direct access out. Good indoor staircase between floors, there is security gate from living room. Large southwest facing terrace. Svalegang to the west and north.

In the summer of 2021, our second vacation home was completed. Once again, we have done everything to furnish the house both stylishly and in a child-friendly way. Children will find plenty of toys here and from winter 2021 the garden will offer a variety of play options such as swing, trampoline and soccer goals. We have put a lot of effort into the decor and hope that you like it.
