Second time staying at the house. Both garage bays got utilized with the cold weather. Nice backyard for our dog. Master bathroom shower is great!!!

Stayed here for a week with my son who had a baseball tournament. Great location. We were centrally located to most high schools and the East Cobb complex we had games at. There are plenty of restaurants and a Publix within 5 minutes away. While it was very hot out during our stay the apartment was kept comfortable even though there was no separate thermostat at the time of our stay. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. The apartment was very clean. The living room area is spacious and sofas are very comfortable. The bathroom is on the small side so it may not be ideal for a large person. The bedroom is very quiet and the bed is very comfortable. There are plenty of drawers and closet space. The kitchen is large and is equipped with all necessities. The laundry room is right off the kitchen and with the door closed you never hear the washer or dryer. The communication with Sandra and Steve was easy and they were quick to answer and address any needs. We will definitely look to stay again when in the area.

We enjoyed this basement suite a lot! It was exactly what we needed for the weekend. Michele and Sam are great hosts and are quick to respond and very friendly! We met them soon after we arrived and we had no need to contact them for the rest of the weekend. We had everything we needed and felt like we had lots of privacy. We were visiting our daughter that lives in the area and will definitely keep this place in mind for the future when we visit again.
