Ceiling fans throughout, and quiet mini-split for heat & A/C . A wood stove is available for $35 fee for wood, etc (notify host before).

Jim’s Farm House was beautiful, the surroundings were so nice and very peaceful, yet still close to town. The deer visiting each day was a nice surprise as well. My husband and I enjoyed our quick trip while our son was at UGA. I did look for a washer and dryer to wash some things before returning home, NOT a deal breaker the property didn’t have one just a mention. Overall the house was just as described, beautiful and the owners are very responsive. Super helpful! 10/10

Manjula and Rich made the space feel just like home! My partner and I celebrated our anniversary over the weekend and this was the perfect spot to enjoy a relaxing and peaceful weekend. The cottage is 10 minutes from downtown Athens and has beautiful scenery around the property with lots of gorgeous flora and fauna. The walking trail and the peaceful hammock in the backyard are my favorite! This is a perfect space for anyone looking to get away for a weekend, share time with your partner or even enjoy the local music, art, and libations! I can’t say enough about this place and the hosts. From the beautiful surroundings and peaceful location, to the well appointed indoors and outdoors of the airstream. I just wanted to stay. Be sure and pick up some groceries, and prep some food for the blackstone on the deck. Hanging out by the fire was such a nice treat and so much land to explore.

Carnita’s place was wonderful. It was nice and cozy and very clean and comfortable. I was in love with the standing shower and decor! The smell of the bedding and pillows was amazing! Only downfall is of neighbors multiple dogs constant barking while you’re coming and going, didn’t really hear them any other time. I understand this isn’t Carnita issue so I’m not blaming, the place was great! We would stay again!

Our host, Tom could not have been more pleasant and hospitable. We felt welcomed hours before our arrival. The cottage is cozy and private with the most comfortable master bed we have slept on during our travels, it felt quite like our own. We cannot thank Tom enough and were very much intrigued with his family history, Go Dawgs!! Thank you, Tom. We hope to see you again!
