Monthly Rentals in Swarkestone

We were visiting the area for the BTCC at Donnington Circuit. The location of the property was perfect for the circuit! The property itself was lovely, it was cosy and very clean! We would definitely stay again! Thank you :)

The Old Dairy was just what we needed for one night ready for a sunny Sunday at Donington Park race circuit! The property is in a fabulous location, well connected but incredibly peaceful. We love a perfect blend of old and new and we weren't disappointed. Everything we needed and more was provided, in a comfortable and beautiful loft. Catherine was a fantastic host and kindly provided a camp bed for my teenage son to sleep on. Communication was always spot on. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this lovely property or Catherine as a host. I hope to stay again in future.

Had a great stay while attending a course at Greenwooddays. It was just a few minutes away by car. The flat was spacious and had all the facilities we needed. It was close to places to eat and there was free long stay parking very close by. Karen was very helpful and parked her car in one of the spaces so we were guaranteed a space. Karen was a very responsive host.
