Nearby there are many historical towns to visit such as Brsec & Moscenice and the many beaches. We are also close to Rijeka and Opatija where you can visit exhibitions, concerts and events, but also far enough away to live in harmony with natur If you enjoy walking you will find many trails through the untouched nature and perhaps pick the natural raspberries and see deers along the way. For swimming and sun-bathing, Moscenicka Draga and Brsec are only 10 minutes away by car. There is a courtyard so you can relax and enjoy your holiday undisturbed. The ground floor of our home has two fully-equiped apartments exclusive to our guests. Apartment 1 has a kitchen, doubleroom, dining area and bathroom. Apartment 2 is a studio apartment also with a full kitchen, doublebed and bathroom. Apartment No.1 can accomodate 2 to 4 guests. Apartment No.2 (studio) can accommodate 2 guests. Both apartments can be connected inside to accommodate a total of 6 guests. Pricing is as follows: Apartment No.1: 60 euro/night for up to 2 persons Apartment No.2 (studio): 50 euro/night for up to 2 persons. Please contact us for pricing for more than 2 persons. Feel free to ask us - Rafael & Milena for any tips on visiting the local towns and beaches. The historical towns of Moscenice and Brsec are in the vicinity and the beaches and towns along the coastline such as Moscenicka Draga, Lovran and Opatija are all accessible within 10 to 20 minutes by car. There is a osterija (local restaurant) within walking distance which our guests sometimes go to for a local meal.

Air conditioning and floor heating in all rooms. It is located in charming village of Žgombići not far from Malinska on the island of Krk.

Apartment Tea is spacious and very comfortable studio, situated at the very center of Malinska, but being sheltered from the streets, it offers privacy. You can enjoy your mornings or calm sunsets at the big 20m2 terrace, with the sea view. The nearest beaches, bars, restaurants, market places or sea promenade are only 3 min walk from the house. The house has a private parking in the frontyard, and bike storage free of charge for our guests. The courtyard has grill and benches available.

The villa is secluded and, approximately 200 meters from the village, It was built from a indigenous stone house from the beginning of the 19th century, and a new part where large glass surfaces dominate the outside of the house. The old house has a bedroom, and a living room with a kitchen and full bathroom. The surrounding area is 1000 m2. It has eight centuries-old trees that can lead to sunshine. You'll have two seasonal gardens with greenery on hand.

It is about 1 km away from the center of Malinska and the beach, a 15-minute walk. The place is very quiet and perfect for relaxation and rest. 100 m from the house there is a small shop with basic necessities and large shopping centers are about 500 m from the house. Parking is in the yard.

It has free parking for two cars. The place is ideal for a family with children. Two bedrooms with beds upstairs and an upper terrace with a jacuzzi,and 2 sofa beds (Sofa bed). The apartment is situated close Opatija city center, only a few minutes away by car or an eight minutes walk. Thanks to the fact of being in the ground floor with a surrounding garden you have the sensation of renting a house and not an apartment.
