PLEASE READ ALL THE INFO IN FURTHER DESCRIPTIONS because this is a specific area.Bakar is a small isolated village in the center of all large tourist places. It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

Apartment Tea is spacious and very comfortable studio, situated at the very center of Malinska, but being sheltered from the streets, it offers privacy. You can enjoy your mornings or calm sunsets at the big 20m2 terrace, with the sea view. The nearest beaches, bars, restaurants, market places or sea promenade are only 3 min walk from the house. The house has a private parking in the frontyard, and bike storage free of charge for our guests. The courtyard has grill and benches available.

The villa is secluded and, approximately 200 meters from the village, It was built from a indigenous stone house from the beginning of the 19th century, and a new part where large glass surfaces dominate the outside of the house. The old house has a bedroom, and a living room with a kitchen and full bathroom. The surrounding area is 1000 m2. It has eight centuries-old trees that can lead to sunshine. You'll have two seasonal gardens with greenery on hand.

We are able to offer you a beautiful stone house. The entire indoor area is air conditioned. It is located in a quiet place and very pleasant to stay. The distance to the beach is about 900m on foot. It has free parking for two cars. The place is ideal for a family with children. Two bedrooms with beds upstairs and an upper terrace with a jacuzzi,and 2 sofa beds (Sofa bed). The apartment (32 square meters) is located on the first floor of family house and features one bedroom (equipped with 1 double+1 single bed), living room/kitchen area (1 sofa where can sleep up to 2 persons) , bathroom and private balcony (6 square meters) with sea view. The house is located 10 walking minutes from center or beach (if taking shortcut). Linens, towels, parking lots, WiFi are provided and free of charge.
