Very pleased with the apartment. All expectations were fully met. The place was very clean and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. We especially enjoyed the outdoor terrace, as well as the covered terrace where we could spend time and cook on the grill without getting cold in the evening. I’d also like to mention that the apartment is perfectly located—just a 5-minute walk to all the entertainment, with the added bonus of charming streets along the way. I wholeheartedly recommend it. Hope to come back here again!

I want to wholeheartedly thank Irena and her family for a wonderful vacation. Very welcoming and welcoming people. We spent unforgettable three weeks from 15/06 to 7/7/2024 in such a nice quiet and peaceful place. The area around the house is very well maintained, lots of flowers, greenery. Also, one huge plus was the presence of a parking space directly inthe yard. For us, this was one of the key issues as we were vacationing with 3 kids (12, 7 and 3 months old). There are many beautiful beaches around, getting to them by car, mostly we rested on the children's. The hosts treated us to delicious pancakes with chocolate, and gave us a great gift before we left, for which they are especially grateful. I will definitely come again. I would recommend this place to everyone.

We had Sanja and Robert's place on our first family vacation as if we hadn't even left the warm environment of our home. They treated us very nicely, kept smiling, offered us to borrow a crib from their great-grandson, and prepared figs and buns for us to welcome us. Thank you again for everything and we wish you a lot of nice visitors in the future.

Convenient and well-maintained apartment with a sheltered terrace. Once past the rather narrow courtyard entrance and the atypical flea market-style kitchen, we spent 2 excellent nights. Hosts are attentive, welcoming and caring. We had a car problem, they tried to find us a garage. The accommodation is perfectly located a 5-minute walk to the city center and 15 minutes to the rocky beach area for swimming (which is great).

We were very pleased. The beach is a 5-minute walk away and very clean. The only small flaw is the busy road that has to be crossed. But that didn't bother us much. Veseljka is easy to reach and responds very quickly. She thought of everything and repaired any reported damage immediately. Everything is available in the accommodation, you can feel quite comfortable there for a few days. A Spar can be reached in 5 minutes on foot and you can also walk to the city with good restaurants in 10 minutes. We recommend the place.

Tamara's parents are kind and helpful. The apartman is close to the beach and the city centre, but quiet and peaceful. 6 of us had a nice time there and would be happy to return.

We loved the villa, a short walk down the hill to loads of great restaurants, bars and cafes. Lovran is beautiful, lots of history, a highlight was delicious pizza in the historic square one evening. Martina was so helpful with lots of ideas, suggestions and tips, she was very quick to respond and lovely to talk to. We particularly loved Medveja beach, with sunbeds at the quiet end of the beach that was very peaceful and beautiful. Opatija is beautiful and a must visit, with the lovely Lido to chill out in the day and lots of great shops, bars and restaurants, the historic buildings are amazing, Nami sushi restaurant was insanely good food and such lovely staff. Thanks for having us, we loved our time with you!

The accommodation is in a quiet and very nice place, you can see the sea from the balcony. Everything looks exactly like the pictures. There is a smaller back garden that also hides a very cozy cute rabbit and small turtle. Parking was fine as there was always a spot available. There is a shop nearby a few minutes walk away, 5 minutes by car from Lidl. There's a sloping path to the beach, but it's about a 7-minute walk. There was a bit of a problem with the window window, but as I wrote to Domagoj, they came to do it in 5 minutes. Overall, we are very happy with the stay.

Beautiful patio, great view, private parking. Very helpful and friendly hosts who instructed us clearly how to get inside the property and beyond (helped to organise a fishing trip for our son). One of the nicest beaches of the island is located in a 5 minute drive from the place. Things you may consider: the apartment is on the second floor, the way to the beach didn’t seem walkable to us, we always went by car.

Marija is a wonderful grandmother who treated us with so much love as if we were her own grandchildren. Every morning, she greeted her with fresh, delicious homemade cake or pancakes, and she put her heart into it. Regarding the area, we are repeat guests, however our first time staying in Martina. The apartment, the location, the view are amazing, but the person of Marija makes it really special. Despite the language barriers, we could have understood each other, if we could understand Horvà, or maybe German, we could have talked for hours. The apartment is well-equipped, clean, comfortable, with a nice view of the sea from the terrace. We can't wait to get you back to Maria next year.❤️

An incredible hostess 🩵 The apartment was absolutely lovely and beautifully decorated. Parking was very close and felt completely safe. The hostess was always available, helpful, and so kind – she felt more like a friend. I’m truly thrilled and grateful! I highly recommend staying here – you won’t regret it!

Very nice, small apartment with all the things you need. Very nice location and only a short distance to the beach, but with a road where many cars drive. You have to be careful here. Maria is very helpful and responds particularly quickly. If you have any questions, she takes care of everything and is right there. Parking is available directly at the property free of charge. Senj is so beautiful. We'd love to come back.

The place is nice and what you see in the photos. David is communicative, kind. I missed a speciel because there was only a weak stove.

We, a family with a child, stayed in Zoran's place for 2 nights and were very satisfied. Everything was perfect. Communication with Zoran was great, the apartment was clean and comfortable. Recommended.

Vladimir's place is very nice! Everything newly renovated and you have everything you need for a relaxing holiday: washing machine, dishwasher, TV, etc. The beach is very close (about 2-3 minutes walk)!

Small but nice! Really nice accommodation, everything you need is available. Great outdoor area, great views, great outdoor kitchen, large pool, ping pong table. Really brilliant. Car recommended, however, otherwise the path to the sea is not so much fun. Would definitely come again! Denis is very accommodating and helpful, there is absolutely nothing to complain about. The accommodation near Rijeka is great, generously equipped with everything you need. The city of Rijeka and also other destinations in the area (such as Opatija) are within easy reach by car. But you can also take the bus, the stop is not too far away. It is also great that you have a parking space right in front of the house. On the spacious terrace you have a magnificent view. Unfortunately, the A7 is in the immediate vicinity.

Davor's place is absolutely gorgeous. Everything you could ever need for a fabulous stay. Davor met us upon arrival and made us feel so incredibly welcome. And his enthusiasm for Istria made us so glad we made this the longest stop on our two week holiday in Croatia. He also provided us with info places to visit on the peninsula and he recommended so many places that we thoroughly enjoyed. The whole property is gorgeous and I'm a bit jealous of his father's beautiful garden. I can't imagine a more perfect place to stay in Istria. And when you combine that with a such a wonderful host, we felt so very, very lucky to have found this dream stay.
