Stay cozy and peaceful in an old half-timbered house from the 1800s. The location is rural with animals and nature just outside the door but at the same time close to the city, restaurants, restaurants, entertainment, shopping and beach/swimming. Here you live quietly and spaciously in about 120 sqm with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, large living room with sofa, TV and dining area as well as bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine & dryer. Next to the house is a leafy, private patio with barbecue right next to pastures with sheep and horses. You can park your car just outside.

In the 90s, a countess moved in and began renovating the facade to Victorian style and renamed the house Wiktoriana Slott. Today, a major renovation of the facade and outdoor environment is required. Located at a convenient distance to all amenities to all that the kulla peninsula has to offer, including wineries, golf club, hiking trails, ocean.

Welcome to our cozy little cottage with the sea right at your doorstep! Here you can: Swim from the jetty that is directly adjacent to the cabin. The garden is fenced if you want to bring your dog. Walking distance to ICA Jonstorp, Svanshall's tavern, Tunneberga Gästgivaregård and the fire station in Jonstorp. Note - Bed linens & towels are not included. The cottage is a couple of years old, you should like the charm that nothing is new but a little worn.

You will have a glimt of the sea when having breakfast and you are just 1 minute walk from a dip in Skälderviken. If you are here for hiking, Kullaleden is just outside the garden. The cottage is personally decorated with room for 4 persons. One bedroom with a queen sized bed and one sofa bed, double sized.
