The location is rural with animals and nature just outside the door but at the same time close to the city, restaurants, restaurants, entertainment, shopping and beach/swimming. Here you live quietly and spaciously in about 120 sqm with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, large living room with sofa, TV and dining area as well as bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine & dryer. Next to the house is a leafy, private patio with barbecue right next to pastures with sheep and horses. You can park your car just outside.

I rummet finns en sovalkov med två sängar och en soffa som fungerar som dubbelsäng. Pentry finns också för matlagning. Tillgång till egen uteplats med grill.

In the 90s, a countess moved in and began renovating the facade to Victorian style and renamed the house Wiktoriana Slott. Today, a major renovation of the facade and outdoor environment is required. Located at a convenient distance to all amenities to all that the kulla peninsula has to offer, including wineries, golf club, hiking trails, ocean.

En unik boendeupplevelse med idealiska förutsättningar för lugn, närhet till naturen och Bjärehalvöns alla utflyktsmål. Under 2025 har vi inte färdigställt den närmaste miljön runt huset men en altan med utemöbler finns. Vi ombesörjer sängkläder och handdukar. Vill du att vi tar hand om slutstädning kostar det 600kr. Under vintersäsong 1/11-1/3 har vi stängt för bokning.

Warm welcome to experience Svanshall and Kullahalvön with Villa Gunilla as your base! The villa is a basement house of 240 sqm built in brick in 1980. The villa is beautifully located in the small fishing village of Svanshalls harbor and has stunning views of Skälderviken. From the long balcony that runs along the entire villa, you can follow the whims of the weather and keep an eye on what is happening in the small village.

Our private cozy guest cottage located on the most beautiful spot, in the charming old fishing village Svanshall. You will have a glimt of the sea when having breakfast and you are just 1 minute walk from a dip in Skälderviken. If you are here for hiking, Kullaleden is just outside the garden. The cottage is personally decorated with room for 4 persons. One bedroom with a queen sized bed and one sofa bed, double sized.

Country home guest house with bathroom and kitchenette. Located 1km from the ocean and 1km from Arild Golf course. Café Flickorna Lundgren 500m. Fishing villages Arild and Mölle nearby. Good to know: the boiler tank is not big enough to fill the bath with hot water. But a long nice shower is no problem. The Sheets and towels are not included, bring your own.
