Holiday rentals with a patio in Sutri

If the location fits the schedule, I highly recommend this accommodation. It takes about 15-20 minutes on foot to the Vatican tour site. The advantage is that it is very clean. Actually, if you go to a European Airbnb, even if it is clean, there are parts that are different from Korean culture, so you often experience private inconvenience in your daily life (such as no towel rack, only a sunflower shower, and no shelf to put shampoo or body wash on) But this was the most perfect of the 4 Airbnbs I stayed in Italy. I really recommend it if the location fits the schedule. The disadvantage is that it is the 4th floor of a building without an elevator (from the ground floor, so it's actually the 5th floor). Fortunately, the stairs are not steep or sagging, so you just need to exert a little effort.

From the moment we stepped into the place it felt very cozy. In a very quiet neighbourhood and as mentioned, a minute walk to the bus stop to take you to the city of Ancient Rome. Places to eat nearby as well. The highlight of the place was the spacious outdoor patio, where we took nap each afternoons. The place itself was equipped with nice comfy bed, kitchen with a fridge, microwave, dishwasher and stove where we made caffe every morning. The bathroom was nice and clean, we had one minor issue on day 1 but Apollonia and her partner came over right away at night to fix it and now that is going above and beyond to provide an excellent service. Grazie Mille :) Again, I can’t emphasize the Catello home, would definitely recommend this place and will book it again without any hesitation.

Gregory’s apartment was such a great place for our family of 4. The apartment was just as described and very clean. It was extremely private and very secluded, it was easy to sleep in though with the room darkening shutters! We didn’t mind! The apartment had everything we needed including in unit laundry. The kitchen was very functional. We loved the terrace! Gregor was very responsive and accommodating. He even let us stay and extra hour so that we didn’t have to wait at the train station on our way out. A moments walk from attractions, cafes, grocery stores, pharmacies. A wonderful hidden gem in the heart of Rome. I hope we can return someday. Thank you, Gregor!!

My girlfriend and I are doing a Europe tour and this spot absolutely blew the others out of the water. The space is large, great bathroom and kitchen, and the host and her family are super sweet. They even gave us complimentary champagne and snacks. I will absolutely be returning - highlight of our trip.

The place is located in the residential area of Trastevere, you don't have the madness next door, but it is very close to all the restaurants and places to enjoy. Perfect for visiting Rome for the first time, Miguel is super proactive and helped us with everything.

Lilith is a great host. She is very friendly and responsive, gives clear instructions and a lot of recommendations and advice for your stay. She really tries to make you feel comfortable. The apartment is cosy, it has everything that you may need - airconditioning, fully equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave, stove, kitchenware), a rooftop balcony for pleasant evenings, an iron. Everything is exactly as it is shown in the pictures. The location is great. It is just across a metro station - line A. 15-20 ride can take you to a lot of famous sights - the Vatican city, Piazza del popolo, the Trevi fountain, the Spanish steps. The metro line A can take you to Termini station as well. I am super happy with the apartment and the host, Lilith. I highly recommend staying with her.

a very beautiful location and a very nice host

Our stay at Giovanna's was very nice. We were able to travel very well from the accommodation by bus or tram to the city centre and at the same time had the advantages of a quiet residential area. In addition, Giovanna helped us find our way around the area and feel comfortable with tips and recommendations. The small gifts that Giovanna prepared for us gave us a good start. We would come back anytime and can only highly recommend the apartment.

hi Guys, we came from the USA for the festival of my City. I brought friends and family with me. I lived about 15 minutes from the house in the past so for me it was like going home. I was looking for something unique, a place that told itself , a quiet place, a place with greenery and an area to share like a football game, etc. The spaces are used very well, all comfortable. Only 35min from FCO int, and about 25min to the same. There is a train about 10 minutes away that takes you to piazzale flaminio , so you don't stress for parking, etc. There is an excellent local fraschetta 6 minutes by car, others chosen about 10 minutes away, and a large supermarket 9 minutes away. Pay attention to the road to get there at night, 2/3min there are some rises due to the roots of the trees. Silvio is very nice, so nice but very reserved (the right, not intrusive) I recommend this magical place, to family friends and couples, who want to relax and have fun (with respect) see you soon

Our stay was very, very nice and we can wholeheartedly recommend the region, the small town of Amelia and the apartment. We hope to be able to go back next year. ☺️

This is great if you have your own transportation. I did not 😩. I rented a car for a couple of days and it was fine then, but the public transportation is unreliable in the secluded location. (no fault to Gianluca) We felt very welcomed and accommodated during our stay. Would highly recommend for those looking for a quiet place away from the city.

Lucia was an amazing host, she went above and beyond to accomodate me and my golfers during our stay in both her houses in Olgiata. I would highly recommend staying in her lovely accomodation.

We absolutely loved our stay at Ghislana’s pristine and cozy terracotta home! The interior is beautifully curated — warm, stylish, and full of charm. We instantly felt at home and were especially in love with the front yard, where we enjoyed our morning breakfasts and evening drinks. The neighborhood was a highlight in itself — Pigneto is vibrant, charismatic, and full of local color. It was the perfect place to wrap up our Italy trip, and Ghislana’s space made it all the more special. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful yet lively Roman experience. Alice’s place is exactly what you see in the pictures . Great location , walking distance to Pantheon , Trevi Fountain, Piazza Navona . Many great places to eat . A few meters walk to a Carrefour Express and Pharmacy . The place is clean and the attention for checking inn was great ! Plus it has a lift ! ( unusual for old buildings)

Amazing place if you have good energy to climb the 4th floor with luggage and no elevator. But this is a good price for being in the center of Rome and very old historic neighborhood. Rooftop patio is a real gem, but again not for people with physical disabilities. We spent amazing time there!

Simeone's responses were extremely prompt, clear and accurate, including the ones I sent at ridiculous Rome times when I was in America. He answered all my questions and I felt very prepared and safe for my trip before I even landed. He was friendly and extremely helpful, and arranged for a driver to pick us up from the Rome airport and take us to the Airbnb. He answered all my questions about how to get to other places, including the Rome train station and Florence. The apartment was clean, well-organized and adorable. Exactly what you want to stay in when visiting Italy. The location is unbeatable. Not only are you right next to the Spanish Steps and fashion area, but the Fontana di Trevi is a short walk from the place plus cafes, little convenient stores, restaurants and tobacco shops are all on the same block. I highly recommend staying here! If I could give the host and apartment more stars, I would!

This place was exactly what I hoped it would be. It's perfect for one or two people who want to be close to the historic center of Rome and near some good restaurants. I heard little outside noise, and I always felt safe in the unit and in the neighborhood. The hosts had cleaned the unit well - I saw no dirt when I arrived. I also used the washing machine and drying rack routinely because clothes get dirty quickly on hot Roman summer days. The hosts treated me with courtesy and respect at all times. I would happily stay here again!

Wonderful apartment in a perfect location! Just a 10-minute walk from the train station, yet situated in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Most of Rome’s main attractions — the Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon, and the Spanish Steps — are within easy walking distance. There’s even a Big Bus stop nearby, which was very convenient for exploring the city. The apartment is well-equipped with everything you might need, including excellent air conditioning and two beautiful terraces with charming views over the rooftops of Rome — a lovely place to relax after a day of sightseeing. Having both a washing machine and dryer was especially helpful during the hot weather. Communication with the host was smooth and check-in went perfectly.

Very spacious apartment and a very nice patio. great bedding we slept very well. apartment very well located 3 minutes walk from the very convenient metro station. close to shops and restaurants including a nice pizzeria downstairs from the apartment. This place is a steal! The location of the apartment is beautiful - great neighborhood and just a few minutes away from the Vatican city's St Peter's Square and Castel Sant'Angelo on foot. The apartment is more than spacious for two people and very comfortable. Agata has been a great host, very friendly and responsive. We loved our stay and would plan another vacation at this property in a heartbeat!
