In many ways, this apartment echos the grandeur of all who have come before it, while also providing the comfort and simplicity needed by guests who come to visit this incredible city. At the end of the day, you want a peaceful place to think, breathe, and sleep. The beds are perfect, the windows (when closed) keep out the city noise) and the loftiness of the rooms provide space to breathe. I know we will rerun again and again to this very special apartment—unless it is booked because of this review! This is a truly special location.

A family of 4 (9 and 11 year old boys) all loved this penthouse. The hot tub topped it off for them. The penthouse was a great size with two bathrooms and sufficient size bedrooms. It was well within walking distance to all the usual tourist sights and Stefano was a very responsive host. We all recommend this penthouse & would most definitely stay again.

My family of 5 spent three nights at Mica and Andrea's place. It was the perfect location to all the main attractions in Rome. We came earlier than the check in time and were allowed to leave our luggage while the staff prepared the apartment for our stay. There are plenty of windows and natural light so we felt it was very cozy. We were also given an extensive list of restaurants recommendations all of our questions were promptly responded to. This place really made our Rome stay so awesome. I highly recommend!

The apartment was big, beautiful and in good shape. The host was very responsive and they gave us clear instructions on the stay. It is very close to the metro station and it has stores nearby to buy goods. Great stay.

Great location with a bus stop just steps away. Each bedroom having its own bathrooms makes this great for multiple families. Host Mariastella was excellent in accommodating our needs. Would definitely recommend!

Excellent place to relax after the long day out of the town. Peaceful neighborhood, few restaurants at walking distance. Short walk to the metro station. Very spacious with three large bedrooms and two large bad rooms. The place was spotless and kitchen is big enough for seven of us. Edoardo let us stay little longer after our flight was delayed. If you travel with large group or family this is the place for you.

Emanuela welcomed us in a very friendly, courteous and reliable way. The apartment is excellently connected to public transport and in the area there are plenty of bars and restaurants that differ very pleasantly in terms of price from the expensive eateries in the city center. The apartment itself is simple but has everything you need for a city vacation and is also very spacious. We felt very comfortable.

The stay at the apartment was lovely, the location was perfect not far from anything; the St Peter basilica, shops and restaurants were all very walkable. Giuseppe's met us to welcome us and he was a lovely and helpful man.

Renato was very helpful, his very spacious accommodation is well located and in a very quiet area. Great for groups or even large families!

The apartment's location is unparalleled, literally one block from the Colosseum and very close to all the other attractions. Pamino is very friendly and the access is very easy. Highly recommend.

I stayed at Paolo's for 4 days very spacious and comfortable apartment very close to the metro (20 m), Paolo was very nice and friendly. Highly recommended.

very well located apartment a few minutes from St Pierre Square and the Vatican a direct bus to the center of Rome quiet and quiet area everything necessary is available in the apartment, it's perfect for a short trip to Rome

We had a nice time with friends in Tarano. Communication went smoothly, the house was fine, the air conditioning was a plus and the pool was very pleasant. 1 small downside: there are no umbrellas as shown in the photos. Definitely recommended to stay here.

The house is absolutely fantastic, nestled in the middle of olive trees with onbustructed views of the countryside and nobody else at sight! The house is cozy, familiar and everything is there to make you feel at home! Each room is spacious, clean and comfortable to enjoy magnificent Umbria! Flaminia is really helpful and Sergio’s occasional presence is very helpful! We seriously enjoyed our time at the house being a party of 6 with 2 kids! The garden and the swimming pool were absolutely superb! The overall experience was absolutely marvelous!

We spent Easter at Sabrinas place (4 adults and 2 children) there was plenty of space and the pool and the gardens were lovely. Sabrina cooked a wonderful meal for us too. The house is beautiful but some attention to detail would be needed for it to really stand out (decluttering and better cleaning)The kitchen is quite small but we mainly ate out. Belvedere pizzeria was great! There are many cats around which our children loved and the owners dogs visit too.

A cute little place with a beautiful garden and great surroundings. It all worked out and Ale & Roberta gave us great tips for the area - authentic restaurants and young flair in the area. The family was on site and always helpful, yet very relaxed and undisturbed. Highly recommended, this small oasis away from the tourist address! Glad to come back.

Everything is fantastic from cleanliness to hospitality and a unique place

Giuseppe's house was amazing! It was perfect for our trip to Rome with 9 people. We traveled with 4 kids and they loved the yard and pool (although we didn't swim in it because the weather was a bit too cold). We rented a car and drove into Rome. It was about a 30 minute drive to the Parcheggio Saba Villa Borghese where we could take a bus or metro to anywhere we wanted in Rome. It was nice to stay outside the city, but be close enough to get in easily. Giuseppe and Flavia were responsive hosts and helped us out a lot. Highly recommend this place!

One of our favorite Airbnb stays so far and we stayed at many. Location is tucked away and very private. Owner is the nicest guy… he did so many things to make our stay amazing. He cleaned the pool at least once while we were there.. it was always so clean! He also aired up our lounge tubes we left at the pool for us… we had an issue with one of the rooms not getting internet and he called his internet guy and fixed it… even though we told him it was no problem. We used the outdoor pizza oven and asked where we could get wood… he ran out and chopped some for us… the list goes on. Stay here and you will love it! You really can’t ask for a more lovely place with a an amazing owner.
