Appartamento piccolo ma accogliente in una zona splendida, esci e sei in un borgo medievale, fai due passi e sei a fare colazione in riva al lago. Anguillara inoltre è collegata a Roma dal treno, in mezz'ora sei alla stazione di San Pietro, logisticamente una soluzione ideale. Simona gentile, reattiva e precisa. Consiglio.

We had a great stay at Valentina’s apartment. We stayed for 1 week. It was exactly as described and as in the photos. The apartment was very clean and everything you need is there for your entire stay. The furnishings are very comfortable and lots of choices for sitting. The view from the living room window was stunning, day and night. The bed was comfortable for a good nights sleep. Valentina communicated very well with us before, during and after. She even allowed us to check in earlier and met us in the piazza to take us to the apartment. She explained everything to us and later sent further information about how to get to the lake, restaurants and other attractions to visit. The information was very useful. The last part-the roof top terrace was very well used by us everyday. Amazing views. Would recommend.

We found the perfect rental in Anguillara Sabazia. This home is even more lovely in person. We had everything we needed. The views from the balcony are amazing.

Victoria was amazing. She was super proactive and accessible. She helped us to navigate around the lake and gave restaurant recommendations and assistance with reservations.

I had a fantastic stay at Barbara's place with my husband and 2 year old son. The house was wonderful, traditional, well kept and with everything you would need for a very pleasant stay. The location is stunning, with beautiful views from the house and from many vantage points around the old town. It was so peaceful and the local people very friendly. Barbara herself was an amazing host who went above and beyond to give us suggestions for routes into Rome, sights to see and the best places to eat. She was so responsive and we didnt need to worry about a thing. Would highly recommend for a relaxing, beautiful stay outside the fantastic yet exhausting chaos of Rome!

It’s a beautiful apartment with a proactive hosting team. The apartment is located in a nice and quiet neighborhood and rooms are nicely furnished. We reported some issue late night, and it was fixed right next day during the hours that we were out. We would stay here again next time we go to Rome. I highly recommend this apartment.

Wij hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad bij Andrea. Het appartement ziet er fantastisch uit, heeft alle voorzieningen, is enorm schoon en heeft een prachtig dakterras. Ook de airco’s in het appartement zijn écht een live safer in de hitte van Rome. De metro en de bus zijn op loopafstand, het appartement bevindt zich in een fijne en veilige buurt en biedt alle rust om even te ontsnappen aan de drukte van de stad. Al om al, een fantastisch verblijf gehad! 10/10!

We stayed at Homaira’s listing prior to boarding our cruise out of Civitavecchia. The balcony views alone are worth it! It’s a very easy walk from the train station to Homaira’s apartment, if you follow the instructions she provides you with to take the train’s underpass (if you don’t, it’s a bit of a hill to take the public road with your luggage!). Please note, it’s on the 13th floor but the elevator only goes up to the 12th. We didn’t find the one flight challenging but keep in mind if you have lots to carry! The apartment was clean, and had all the essentials. We weren’t the biggest fan of the pillows (very stiff), but it didn’t make or break our stay. Overall, Homaira was very responsive to any questions I had! We would stay again if we go on another cruise.

L' esperienza a Roma è stata splendida, resa speciale anche dall' opportunità di soggiornare in un appartamento molto raffinato, arredato con cura per i dettagli. Nella descrizione risulta una camera ma la seconda sistemazione è nel salotto con divano letto e porta, quindi come se le camere fossero praticamente due...con nostro grande piacere! La zona è splendida, bello passeggiare e raggiungere il Vaticano, ottimi i ristoranti. Grazie Paola, torneremo!

Soggiorno perfetto con jacuzzi romantico! Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura e ci siamo trovati davvero ben. La casa pulitissima e curata nei dettagli, con un’atmosfera accogliente. La vasca idromassaggio è stata il punto forte: spaziosa, ben funzionante e incredibilmente rilassante, perfetta per un momento di coccole. Adorabile anche la TV orientabile, comoda sia dal letto che dalla vasca, ideale per serate cinema senza sacrificare il comfort. Il balconcino è stato una piacevole sorpresa, soprattutto per chi ama una pausa sigaretta senza dover scendere. Il letto era comodissimo e il parcheggio facile da trovare. Consigliatissimo per coppie che cercano relax e un tocco di romanticismo! Torneremo sicuramente. 🌟

We had a great stay at Stefano’s place! The apartment was perfect in every way. Upon arrival, we were able to immediately get settled and begin relaxing in the outdoor space (with sweeping views of the city). The multiple seating areas were excellent, and we loved taking advantage of the hot tub. Such an awesome way to relax after sightseeing all day. The indoor spaces were also very comfortable and functional. The two bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect, and the living room, dining room, and kitchen were great for our needs. The location is close to restaurants, shops, and more. Highly recommend this place for a couple, family, or even a single traveler. We hope to return!

My mom had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The host was incredibly kind and accommodating—she felt very welcomed from the start. Everything was explained clearly, which made her stay easy and comfortable. The location was also perfect, close to everything she needed. Our stay at this Airbnb villa from June 11th to 14th, 2025, was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived until our departure, everything was simply five-star. First, the villa itself is excellent. It's beautifully appointed, comfortable, and truly felt like a luxurious home away from home. But what truly sets this property apart is its incredible, central location. We literally walked to every major attraction! The Vatican, the Colosseum, the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain – everything was easily accessible on foot, which saved us so much time and hassle. Exploring Rome from such a convenient base was an absolute dream. Beyond the fantastic property, our hosts were simply phenomenal. They were incredibly attentive and helpful throughout our entire stay. They went above and beyond, even arranging all of our transportation for us: from the airport to the villa, to the cruise port, and then back to the airport. Lovely room, perfect for us, great location. Plenty of restaurants and places to go around the area and walking distance of anywhere you want to go in Rome really. Really comfortable bed and jacuzzi was a lively feature to have in the bedroom. The view from the apartment is beautiful especially at sunset.
