Self-contained Annex Studio Flat

The accommodation consists of a double bedroom with French doors opening onto a nice big garden. There is a fully fitted kitchen and a small bathroom with walk-in shower. Broadband, TV, fridge, washing machine and drier are all included. It is about 50 yards from Egham station which has regular trains to London, the journey taking about 40 minutes. The train goes to Waterloo Station which is very close to the London Eye and Westminster, with Buckingham Palace, St James Park, Trafalgar Square a short walk away. Heathrow Airport is 5 or 6 miles away. Egham is a small town, but it has some historic interest in that the Magna Carta was signed at Runnymede down the road by the river in 1215. Not far away is Windsor castle and Eton (where princes William and Harry, and David Cameron went to school). There is also some lovely countryside around and lovely walks.

Peaceful stay in Frimley village

Welcome to our Annex. Located down a restricted road it is both very safe and quiet. You will find the accommodation tastefully decorated with a comfortable bed, modern shower room and general work/dining area. The living area opens out through patio doors onto our shared garden. Ideally located for all transport links i.e. M3, A3, Main line trains to London and close to Heathrow (25 mins) and Gatwick (45mins). There is a hourly direct bus service to Heathrow (730/731 ) with the stop 200m away.

Quite self-contained Annex, own entrance, No ULEZ

Self-contained Annex with independent entrance at rear of building. Peaceful location 100 yards from Happy Valley. 25 minute walk from Coulsdon South Station with a regular 30 minute train service to central London. After 11.30 at night, the train service can be a little unreliable. Cosy annex with bedroom (double bed), bathroom with shower, comfortable living room with TV and Internet. Small kitchenette with tea and coffee making facilities, fridge and microwave. Outside London ULEZ zone

Take a gentle walk from here along the Thames Path to historic National Trust Runnymede, with its tea shop, many monuments to Magna Carta and beautiful outdoor art works. Less than 2 miles from The Long Walk, explore Windsor and the Castle or visit Saville Garden in the Great Park. We're also close to Legoland. Old Windsor has lots of places to eat (see guidebook) all in walking distance, we're surrounded by beautiful walks and we're also on the direct bus route to Windsor and Heathrow.

The spacious annex has a separate guest entrance and off-street parking. Guests can use the private patio and there are facilities for breakfast of toast & cereal (included). Located down a private drive in the heart of Liphook within walking distance of many local amenities (3 pubs, supermarket, cinema, take aways). The train station is only a 7 minute walk away and a 2 minute walk from a bus stop. We are on the edge of the South Downs National Park with some stunning walks from the house.

A cosy modern ground floor 1 bed (sofa bed) within our lively family home, with all the basics including own en suite shower room /wc and TV. It is the perfect place for a short stay. There is a small counter to make drinks and small meals including mini fridge freezer and microwave oven. Alternatively if you are preparing a big meal you can use the family kitchen just text me in advance so i can unlock the door and remove our to friendly /energetic dogs. Lovely, light spacious annex with en-suite shower room. It has a separate entrance and access to a deck. Off street parking is available. Situated in a quiet, tree-lined lane, it is a 5 minute drive to Horsley station which has a direct line into London Waterloo. Lots of lovely restaurants, pubs and cafes nearby for breakfast, lunch or dinner. There’s a mini fridge and microwave in the annex.
