Barn accommodation in Surrey

A very cute little loft space, compact and close to everything. A walk to station and buses at front door. Very helpful host as I locked myself the first day and they were happy to help get back in. Plenty of food options close by, coffee shops supermarkets etc close to walk by.

Bronwen is a fantastic host and a warm and friendly person who offers a perfect mix of helpfulness and respect for privacy. The accommodation was ideal for my needs working nearby. It was very quiet and peaceful, full of birdsong, and I felt extremely safe and secure.

This was our second stay at the Barn. We felt even more at home than the first time. It is very private and safe at the same time. Cristina responds to messages through the Airbnb app within minutes. We forgot things at both our stays but Cristina held on to them for us for months until we returned.

My Mum and I consider Richard and Lissey our favourite AirBnB hosts of all time! They did everything we could have imagined to make us feel welcome and at home. It was an absolute delight to stay in their beautiful home which is full charm and character; even the floors made a positive and lasting impression on me! Staying with Richard and Lissey the night before our flight and on the day of our return flight made for perfect bookends to our trip. Thank you for ALL you did for us at every step.

Deborah was super nice and flexible! Really enjoyed staying at The Barn, truly a nice experience. Our daughter loved the ducks! It was all very clean, bed linen and towels all in white which always shows also how clean things are! Beds super comfortable! Kitchen full equipped. You really have everting you need! Thank you again!

Myself, my partner and dog had a lovely 2 night stay at the Bothy. The location is very secluded but we managed to find it with no issues when we followed the instructions provided. There was an issue with electricity on arrival but Cathy was very responsive and managed to sort this promptly. She offered really great recommendations of things to do/places to eat whilst we were there. There are some lovely walks nearby which our dog absolutely loved! The huge garden was also perfect for her. Highly recommend and hope to come back again one day.

This place was a real find: peaceful (in spite of being close to the A3). It was in a quiet, private road, and we really didn't hear the traffic on that road at all within the converted barn where we stayed - nor much outside. It was spacious, backed on to the lovely, large garden of the main house, comfortable, with a pleasant bathroom and small kitchen, and kept warm with under floor heating, with large, spacious living room and bedroom combined. The surrounding, Surrey countryside including the village of Compton, was beautiful, and getting to the small and pleasant town of Godalming was easy and to other lovely spots in Surrey such as the village of Shere or the National Trust property of Polesdon Lacy. Ali was very attentive to our needs.

Had an amazing weekend at Sorcha’s place connecting with some old friends. Fantastic views and the hot tub was wonderful! Very peaceful and relaxed, would absolutely recommend!

The Snug was perfect for us - spotlessly clean, very well furnished, in a quiet location, and close to everything we needed. Paul was a great host and always responded to any questions quickly. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you for a great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay in the barn — the surroundings were gorgeous, and the barn itself was beautifully appointed and absolutely spotless! Ingela and Nick were amazing, friendly hosts, and nothing was too much trouble. They provided plenty of great recommendations, and as we were attending a wedding nearby, they even helped us arrange an amazing dog-sitter! The space and surroundings where extremely relaxing... it's a pity we only stayed for 3 nights. We will definitely look at booking again if we are in the area.

This is a great find !! Came here for my hen do and it was absolutely fantastic. Hosts were Great and met us at the property to Show us round. The accommodation is absolutely beautiful. Everything was pristine. The pool was a great temperature, sun loungers and just wonderful. Lots of lovely walks and pubs. We will definitely be back! Thankyou so much for having us.

Glorious overnight stay, Oliver was extremely helpful with any queries we had, and it was a lovely relaxing stay. The place itself was incredibly homey, very clean, and the pool table was an excellent extra treat! We also thoroughly enjoyed using the CD player, something that we don’t get to do very often now! Also loved the beautiful Japanese art decorations on the walls. Would absolutely stay again, thanks so much!

I couldn't have booked a stay for my mum, at an incredibly emotional time for her with more wonderful hosts, and their family, than I did. I cannot thank them enough. Wonderful stay over the festive week, close to my brother’s barn. This barn Airbnb is super cute, modern, clean & well-equipped, we felt at home.

Thank you for a really fantastic stay! Guy’s Airbnb is truly exceptional - wonderful garden, beautifully furnished and fully equipped space, set right next to the magnificent Black Down. A great base for walks and enjoying a break from the city. Communication was straightforward and some essentials in the fridge and cake left for guests on arrival were a very thoughtful touch. We are already looking forward to coming back!

I’ve never felt so completely at ease, this house felt just like home. It’s warm, comfortable, and boasts an incredible countryside view. The nights were serene and quiet, and I always felt safe. The décor is cozy, and the place is well‑equipped. The host was always available and kind, promptly addressing my only two requests (and that’s because everything else was already perfect). The bedding is top‑quality, the kitchen has everything you could need, and the TV is large with excellent picture quality. After nearly 40 days, I’m feeling nostalgic about leaving. If I ever return to this area, I would love to stay in this house again. I can only express my heartfelt thanks—it was an absolute pleasure!

Beautiful place and private. We were there for 3 nights. (2 guests) Self check in and check out was straightforward. Duncan was very responsive when we called checking a few things whilst we are there. The house had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this place.

Absolutely loved the 2 nights we booked here, just wish we had booked a little longer. Straight from initial booking all correspondence was clear and prompt. The accommodation is stunning and so peaceful and set in idyllic surroundings. Hosts are very friendly and welcoming, plus have lots of recommendations for the local area. Five stars is not enough ******

Lovely stay with comfy bedrooms and well equipped kitchen and bathrooms. Very easy check in and great communication.

We were looking for a comfortable, private and tranquil property to stay to be near our daughters in Godalming and for the imminent birth of a grandchild. Priscilla and Kevin proved to be the most perfect and hospitable hosts right from the start. The Coach House is beautiful and set in stunning grounds with superb views over the Surrey Hills. Our grandchild arrived a little later than planned but we were fortunately able to extend our stay. We were actually quite sad to be returning home to Dorset and that is very unusual for my wife and I such was the quality and experience of our time spent there.

The loft is the most amazing, tranquil and relaxing space. The surroundings are to die for and Dany was an amazing host with great help and support from Amal too. I couldn’t recommend this place enough and I will definitely stay here again. I just wish it was mine!
