Loved staying at Avonview apartments in Clapham Junction. 5 minutes walk to Clapham Junction station (National Rail to Waterloo or Victoria or the overground tube), and tons of shops and restaurants close by (everything within 5-10 mins walk). The apartment was very comfortable for my 3 teenagers and me, and had everything we needed. Anton and the team are excellent hosts and very responsive, with lots of local information provided. Would happily stay here again.

Lucy's apartment was absoloutely lovely, beautifully styled & decorated for Christmas. The quality and quantity of groceries to get you started were excellent. The size of all the rooms is very spacious with the 3rd bedroom as expected size. The apartment was also exceptionally clean. The location is excellent with less than 5 minutes walk to shops, supermarket, restaurants, pubs and train station. There is a lovely private garden which was covered in snow while we were there and looked magical. Due to the exceptionally cold snap followed by mild weather there were some plumbing issues which Lucy dealt with immediately sending a plumber to fix in a short time scale after hours. I highly recommend Lucy's apartment! Thank you Lucy!

Olly was incredible. He was communicative, flexible and patient with arrival and departure times for us! The location is amazing for exploring London and we felt right at home. would definitely stay here again!

Rob is the best host! Communication was easy and pleasant, and he was always available and ready to help. The apartment was clean, cosy, and exactly as described. The area is great – quiet, yet with convenient access to transport and major attractions. It’s clear that Rob genuinely cares about his guests’ comfort. Great stay at this lovely home. Check-in was a breeze, and the property was clean and spacious, providing plenty of comfort for two families. It’s well-equipped and had enough space to accommodate even more guests for a long stay. The property was well equipped with valuable amenities. There was also a private underground parking, which was helpful. The location was really convenient, with the train station just a minute’s walk away, making trips into London super easy with restaurants nearby. The area itself has vineyards, golf courses, and countryside activities, it is a nice mix of city access and quiet surroundings. Host was lovely and responsive making sure everything was in place. I definitely would recommend to others!

I have really enjoyed sharing this house with professionals working in London, all very considerate, clean and tidy. We had a couple of small issues but Zen solved them immediately. The location in zone 3 was very convenient, with buses and tube not far from the house. I recommend this place to anyone traveling to London for work or for pleasure.
