It has a full size bathroom with a modern shower panel and modern quiet heating/cooling system. The kitchen is small so there is no oven; instead there is a microwave/Air fryer/ Oven Combo. A two burner cooktop and a toaster /Coffee maker combo. The Futon turns into a comfy queen bed. Plenty of parking space available on the property as well.

This guest suite is the entire lower level of the house, in a very safe and affluent subdivision, very quiet and spacious, about 1200 sq ft (110 sq meters), separate entrance. 10 min drive to Boulder, 30 min to Denver. Close to supermarkets, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. Easy access to hiking and biking trails as well as to ski areas via I-70. Rocky Mountain National Park is just about 1 hour away. Please note that this unit is for non-smokers only, due to smoke allergy of the residents.

New Remodel! Peaceful Studio in Boulder's exclusive Spanish Hills. Estate has gorgeous views, only 5 mins to Louisville's restaurants & shops, 15 mins to central Boulder 28th & Pearl. Kitchenette has mini fridge, microwave etc. Bath has walk in shower. We're quiet people & seek quiet guests as this is our home where we live and work full time. Very satisfied with our stay with Snow. Clean, beautifully decorated, good bed, large rooms, big thirsty towels, private, and very reasonable. Snow is lovely, we felt very safe in her house, it is located in a very good neighborhood. Although we could lock our door on the lower level, we never did. Mutual trust, and Snow aims to please! For you tea lovers, Snow has many different kinds of tea. We've stayed in tons of B&Bs, VRBO etc. and you won't find a better deal.

My week long stay at David’s place was lovely. When my flight changed he was able to accommodate a last minute early check-in which I was really grateful for. Check in was easy with a lockbox. The space feels truly separate and private. The first thing I noticed was how immaculate the space is. I could see the vacuum lines in the carpet. The ac is heavenly. The space is comfy and quiet with all the things you need. If I get the chance to stay in his spot next time I’m in town I will. It’s a new listing at the moment, but I imagine it will be booked solid very soon.
