Our condo is inside Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort. You'll love our location because it is right by the Sandestin Beach, nicely decorated and very well maintained. We provide TRAM Access, reliable WIFI, Netflix and beach chairs & umbrella and a cart to carry them all to the beach. You will have a King size bed and a queen size cool gel memory foam sofa bed, a kitchenette with microwave, kitchen sink and a mid size refrigerator. It has oversized patio and is next to a small pond and fountain.

Home owners association restrictions include: Age 25 to rent and must be present, only 2 people total (fire code), no guests under age 18 and no pets.
