The house has a large common room as well as a lawn down to the water, which provides ample opportunity for lots of play and activities. The lovely bathing water also invites you to a trip on the cottage's SUP boards. Enjoy your morning coffee in the shelter and the sunset over the lake under the covered terrace with built-in fireplace.

Newly renovated large and bright room on 1 floor with fantastic views (and with the possibility of 2 extra beds in addition to double bed) and newly renovated smaller room with vaulted ceilings on the ground floor - also with nice views and double bed. There is also a large living room with the possibility of "cinema" hygge with large canvas, a game of table football or just pure relaxation with a good book. The bathroom is on the ground floor. There is a nice sofa bed and good box mattresses.

Fits 4 people very well, but 6 can be squeezed in if you are a little close. Duvets, covers, towels are included. Fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, WiFi, Smart TV, wood stove. Washer/dryer. Quiet neighborhood. Access to the boat bridge at Sunds lake just opposite the turning area. 5 minutes to the supermarket. 15 minutes to Herning.

Huset består af 2 badeværelser, 4 værelser (7 senge og mulighed for yderligere 3 opredninger), køkkenalrum, en stue samt en stor udestue. Huset er røgfrit, men i forlængelse af garagen er der et rygerrum. I huset er der gratis wifi og kabel TV til fri afbenyttelse. Det er tilladt at medbringe kæledyr. Wooden windows and beams in the ceiling make the house cozy and with several cozy corners and views of the water, it is the perfect place to relax.

There is access to a large raised wooden terrace. The cottage is a lovely older romantic house. There is internet with free data and TV.
