Cozy mountain cabin in the middle between the Preikestolen and Trolltunga with a short distance to FV 520. The cabin is located by Breibogsvannet and a boat can be used for e.g. fishing. Good hiking possibilities in the area in both summer and winter. 20 km to Sauda city center with shops, water park, etc. 10 km to Allmannajuvet 30 km to Svandalen alpine center 9 km to Slettedalen ski resort with great hiking and cross-country trails. The road up to the cabin is closed in winter: From Sauda/ Hellandsbygd approx. 12/15 to 02/20 From Røldal approx. 12/15 to 05/15

Welcome to a cozy family cabin at Gullingen – the perfect place to relax and enjoy the tranquility of the mountains. Here you can relax, either in front of the fireplace, out on skis or on a mountain hike. In summer, the area offers great hiking trails and swimming in Mosvatnet. Should you wish for something a little more urban, we can recommend a trip to Sand with shops, cafes and a great indoor swimming pool. Everything is in place for great experiences all year round. Well-equipped apartment as a starting point for trips in beautiful high mountain nature. In the area there are Blåsjø, Gullingen, Stranddalshytten, Natlandsnuten, Skuteheia and others. Many possibilities for long or short trips on marked trails in a great area in Suldal. Great view to the southwest from the terrace. The apartment has a well-equipped kitchen, a cozy living room with sofa, armchairs and TV, a bathroom with washing machine and 1 bedroom with double bed. The apartment is equipped with bed linen and towels for 2 people.

Cottage in Sauda - Svandalen

Welcome to our rich and spacious cabin right by Sauda Ski Resort. There is room for the whole extended family here! The cabin is idyllically located surrounded by beautiful nature and nice hiking areas and top tours. Only 300 meters from the ski lift, and a 10 min. drive to Sauda city center which has a lot to offer. Among other things, heated indoor and outdoor pools, cinema, cafes, shops, library, golf course and other nice things. Bring the family to feed the ducks at the duck pond or take a round of mini golf for example.

Lovely view of the valley. 200 meters to the light rail, 6 minutes drive to Gullingen ski lift. 15 minutes to grocery store. 25 minutes to Suldal bathroom. Lots of great hikes available in the area, both on foot and skiing.

Large cabin next to ski lift!

The cabin is of a high standard with all amenities and is well equipped. The bathroom and entrance/hallway have floor tiles with underfloor heating. In addition to the ski lift, the Gullingen area has great groomed ski slopes. The area has plenty of hiking opportunities in both summer and winter. In summer, you can park right next to the cabin. Otherwise, we have our own free parking space 100-200 metres away. Shared parking space right next to the cabin, costs NOK 50 per day. No parties allowed.

Cabin on Gullingen. Great hiking area in summer and winter. 90 minutes from Pulpit Rock. 15 minutes to Sand. Right between Preikestolen and Trolltunga. 15 km of prepared cross-country ski tracks in the winter. Swimming in Mosvatnet during summer. 11 km to Sand, which is considered the pearl of Ryfylke. There are several shops, eateries, and one large swimming facility, Suldal Bad.

New, cozy cottage in beautiful hiking terrain. Ski slope right outside the door in winter and many wonderful hiking opportunities all year round. Gullingen ski lift 7 min drive away. The cabin was completed in 2022, has running water and electricity and modern facilities. Three bedrooms, with a total of 7 beds.
