At this quiet accommodation you can enjoy views of the fjord from the living room, the terrace or from the outdoor wilderness bath. It's only 5 minutes down to the lake. Sauda is only 15 minutes away by car. Here you will find most things, including a swimming pool. Many opportunities for great mountain trips and other nature experiences throughout the year. Svandalen ski center is 15 minutes away by car. The cabin is rented to guests who have respect for the fact that they live in our private cabin and is NOT rented out for parties and private events.

THE AREA: Unique garden cottage with nice view. Perfect for two people, can also add an extra bed, possibly a travel bed for children. Many nice hiking opportunities nearby. The cabin is located right by RV13, easy to see from the road. We have a school, kindergarten, church, senior center and sports field around us, so it is very central. A lot of activity during the day, quiet in the evening and night. 1 km to grocery stores and charging station for electric car. Free parking at the cabin. Terrace with garden furniture at the cabin.

The access to the cabin is a 10 min walk up a steep hill. There is no electricity or water. The cabin has good sleeping space for 3 adults, or for two adults and two children. There is a gas stove, wood stove and dining area for 4. The kitchen is equipped. Perfect place for rest, but also located in a large network of trails and hikes. Welcome to a unique experience.

Handeland Lodge | Sauda

This convenient location makes the dome the ideal starting point for exploring the beautiful scenery along the national tourist route. Suldal is a hub between two national roads: National Tourist Road Ryfylke and National Tourist Road Hardangerfjord. The place has beautiful nature between mountains and fjords.

Et naturskjønt område med fjell og vann, i mellom Preikestolen og Trolltunga. Det tar ett minutt å gå til både fossen og innsjøen. Fem minutter kjøring til matbutikker, og 25 minutter til Suldal bad. Nærmeste museum er Kolbeinstveit museum som er tre minutter (1,4 km) kjøring fra hytta. Det er ni minutter (8,3 km) kjøring til nærmeste fjord for havfiske. Gjestene kan leie sengetøy, inkludert et stort og et lite håndkle, for 200 kroner (NOK) pr person, eventuelt så kan man ta det med selv.

Leiligheten har godt utstyrt kjøkken, trivelig stue med sofa, lenestoler og TV, bad med vaskemaskin og 1 soverom med dobbeltseng. Leiligheten er utstyrt med sengetøy og håndkler for 2 personer.
