We felt very comfortable in the accommodation and enjoyed the landscape very much. The lake, Slettedalsvatnet, is highly recommended, very close to hiking.

Basile and Ingeborg are very attentive. Contact is very easy and warm and communication is very good. Their two dogs are extremely kind and friendly, our males didn't get along, but that was no problem. They were also present when my dog had a health issue and I can't thank them enough. I really had a great time. The day I return to Norway, it will definitely be at their place. Thanks!

We had a great time to the cabin. The cabin is very comfortable, warm and modern. We was unlucky with the snow, the sky center was closed, but enough snow for the kids:-). We definitely recommend this place. Ingrid was very helpful, great communication. We hope to be back again!

Another excellent stay in this super Airbnb! Eli-Jorun is the perfect host and we really enjoyed our week! SO many kind touches like Easter sweets for our granddaughter, plenty of toys etc makes this our favourite place to stay when in Sauda. I also got to borrow a mix master and cake tin to bake a birthday cake. Thank you for a fabulous stay and we will be back! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Spacious kitchen and living room, everything needed was available. Nice view over Skanevik fjord. We also did the roadtrip suggested by Frode, it was very scenic and beautiful.

Modern, easy-care and cozy cabin that accommodates a lot. Absolutely perfect for a weekend of snow and skiing on child-friendly trails. Was lucky with the weather and enjoyed ourselves outside with sausages on a fire pit. Plus you don't have to bring firewood. 😊 Great communication with the host.

What a peaceful place Merete’s cabin is to stay at. Cozy & clean inside, quiet & stunning outside with views over the lake and the mountain opposite. We had a really relaxing time, swimming and canoeing in the lake and visiting local towns. The scenery is amazing. Recommend.

My stay with Nina and Per was perfect all around! The accommodation was super clean, very cozy and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay. You can immediately tell that the two of them care about the well-being of their guests - everything was lovingly prepared. The communication was warm and uncomplicated, and Nina and Per were always directly available for questions. I felt totally comfortable and can only recommend the stay. Always happy to come back!

Kristin and Tom's house in the mountains is an absolute gem. Great architecture, comfortably furnished in an outstanding location. We felt very comfortable in this enchanting house with wonderful views and tranquility. The grazing sheep in front of the window and the seclusion in this beautiful nature have a very relaxing effect. The house is perfectly equipped, nothing is missing. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. It felt like a vacation with friends. Despite the rainy weather, we were able to do a few nice hikes. Absolute recommendation for those who love modern, minimalist architecture and the mountains.

Beautiful cabin secluded out in the middle of trees overlooking the river. This is the perfect place if you want peace and quiet but still close enough to city center for food and entertainment.
