Stay in the old village schoolhouse

Our historic school building with wonderfully high ceilings and its thick sandstone walls offers plenty of space (about 130 square meters) for up to four people. It was lovingly ecologically renovated by us until 2013. Downstairs there is a large kitchen-living room, upstairs a cozy small bedroom and a large studio, which can also be used by artistically ambitious guests. From Gräfenhausen you can go directly to the Palatinate Forest by mountain bike or on foot. The nearest climbing rock is also a 20-minute walk. In the village there is a small restaurant with a village shop and a bakery (both directly opposite the house).

The underfloor heating made of natural stone and the furnace burning on both sides gives the apartment a winter feel-good atmosphere. Villa Maria, a fairy tale house in Alsace

Welcome to Villa Maria, our fairy tale guest house in a calm location next to the forest and with a vast garden in the village Lauterbourg in Northern Alsace, France. It's just 5 min by foot to the heart of the village with a couple of bakeries, restaurants, a grocery store and small shops, or 10 min to the beach & lake. It's only 2 min by car from Germany, and a perfect location for exploring the Rhine border region Karlsruhe-Strasbourg, or for a rest on the way when travelling across Europe.

Vacation home in the chestnut forest

Our holiday home in Burrweiler is located on the edge of the Palatinate Forest on the Southern Wine Road in the middle of the chestnut forest on the Teufelsberg, at 355m altitude, below the St. Anna Chapel. On the 1250 sqm fenced forest plot, there is a viewing area with a distant view of the Rhine plain, a gazebo made of old oak trunks and a picnic bench. You can also book our "Waldhaus mit Traumblick" on the Teufelsberg and our "Grünes Feriendomizil" in Landau/Pfalz on this portal.

The EyerHof - the special vacation home in the Palatinate

The EyerHof - owned by the Eyer family for three generations - a farmhouse over 120 years old that was completely renovated from 2019 - 2022 and now combines the special charm of a farmhouse with modern industrial style. Next to terrace, yard and garden, there is a barbecue station with large new Rösle gas grill & the barn that can be used as a cozy lounge. The interior of the house combines timber framing with modern iron, wood, sandstone, clay walls and old with new 🖤

The attractive bathtub, a spacious hallway and a sun terrace complete the apartment.

Our vacation home is far from the noise and hustle, in the middle of the Palatinate Forest and directly on the Deutsches Weinstraße. On the ground floor is a living and dining area with a small well-equipped kitchen as well as a shower room. The first floor has 2 separate bedrooms up to 4 people, each with two beds. The house has a terrace with direct access to the garden.

My apartment has a separate entrance with independent access through check-in/out (key box). It consists of a cozy bedroom, living room with small kitchenette, bathroom with toilet. Vacation home "JungPfalzTraum" in the Palatinate Forest

Bring the whole family to this great place. A great garden to relax, also suitable for hiking enthusiasts. The Jungpfalzhütte starts directly from the house. Make a nice campfire, relax in the wellness lounge, relax in the infrared sauna and treat yourself to a break. Children are also welcome: There is a trampoline and a large nest swing for romping and playing in the house.

Pfalzfreude Winery in Hainfeld

In the tranquil Hainfeld on the popular German Wine Route is our winery built in 1738. Of course, the house has an authentic winery that invites you to linger outdoors. The lovingly and elaborately renovated house is a wonderful starting point to discover the vineyards in the immediate vicinity or the Palatinate Forest with its multitude of medieval castle ruins.

Here you can switch off and relax in a very cozy atmosphere. Enjoy the Palatinate Forest surrounded by trees, paddocks and our animals on the very spacious grounds. The apartment is located on the first floor with direct entrance from the main road and parking. Opposite is another apartment with 4 beds. I live on the upper floor and am always open to questions.
