From this centrally located place, you can reach all the important places in southern and eastern Styria, Graz and Slovenia in about 20 minutes by car. A safe playground with a swing, sandbox, pedal vehicles and much more awaits the little guests for a carefree time away from the hustle and bustle and noise. Cyclists have direct access to the bike path network. Relaxing forest walks directly from the house let your soul breathe.

The residential complex offers some roof gardens for use, to recharge your batteries or also to enjoy the great view. If you come with bicycles, a huge bicycle parking space awaits you, covered and lockable. An extra mattress is available in the apartment.
