Our tastefully and comfortably furnished house is located on the gentle slopes of the Southeast Styrian hill country, surrounded by vineyards, flower meadows, fruit trees and forests. Fantastic views in an absolutely quiet location near the South Styrian Wine Road ("Styrian Tuscany") with its wine taverns and top wines. The thermal baths and fortified castles of the Volcano Land are also just around the corner. A wonderful place for relaxing days or creative weeks away from all the hustle and bustle.

Welcome to our little farm As our guest, you'll sleep with a view of the forest and meadows, relax in the garden sauna, and shower in the cozy cabin. The wood-burning stove keeps the cabin nice and warm. There's plenty of room for culinary creativity: wood-burning stove, induction cooktop, pizza/bread oven, or barbecue. The outhouse is cozy and rustic, and the herb garden is wild. Our kittens occasionally stop by to say a playful hello. A place to slow down and connect with nature.

Forest apartment Organica

Located in Moravske Toplice in the Pomurje region, Living Forest Resort provides accommodation with free private parking. All units come with a terrace with garden views, a kitchenette with a fridge and a stovetop, and a private bathroom with shower. There is a seating and a dining area in all units. Moravske Toplice Livada Golf Course is 8.3 km from the apartment, while Güssing Castle is 47 km away. The nearest airport is Maribor Edvard Rusjan Airport, 81 km from Living Forest Resort.

In the feel-good oasis on Trausdorfberg, you can feel comfortable and recharge in the 100-year-old buildings of our farm - on the hills between Graz and Vulkanland! The apartment "Max" has a bedroom with double bed, a fully equipped kitchen with stove, microwave/grill, dishwasher and breakfast table, a cozy living room with dining area and couch and a private terrace. Enjoy the hot tub and sauna overlooking our forest sheep or indulge yourself at the grill in the outdoor kitchen!

Lodge in Őrség with sauna

Our guest house is located in Szattán, a small village in Őrség. The cottage has a sauna, a garden with a fireplace, and the village orchard is located directly below the house. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a hob, a small fridge, a coffee maker and a kettle. You'll find everything you need to cook and eat. The following fee is payable on site: In the village, the tourist tax rate is 400 HUF/person/night over 18 years. Sauna usage fee is 10000 HUF per heating.

The Presshaus - pure luxury with a wellness area in the vineyard. The carefully renovated, tastefully furnished Presshaus evokes memories of the origins of Styrian wine production. The special feature is the wellness area - panorama sauna and heated wine barrel directly in the vineyard, infrared cabin and relaxation area.

A cottage surrounded by greenery, and all for you alone. Surrounded by nature, surrounded by meadows and fields. The house was newly expanded and converted in 2021 and offers 110 m² of living space. Modernly equipped and furnished with a lot of love for detail. Two bedrooms, large living-dining room, fully equipped kitchen, pine sauna with views. Two bathrooms, two toilets, two sunny terraces with views of the southeastern Styrian hill landscape.

Welcome to the Toth family. Surrounded by forest is our log cabin / chalet with infrared sauna and heated hot tub (surcharge €69, one-time, including drink) in the middle of nature. The log cabin / chalet has a size of 30 m² and is equipped with a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, TV, Wi-Fi, a pull-out sofa bed with double bed function, a separate bedroom, bathroom with shower and toilet. Regional breakfast basket on request €18 per person

Welcome to our Kellerstöckl. Surrounded by vineyards, the region offers not only excellent wines, but also soothing thermal baths. Guests of apartment no. 2 have a private sauna at extra cost. Ideal for active vacationers: numerous hiking and cycling trails invite you to explore. The property has a well-equipped kitchen, a living area and a sunny outdoor area overlooking the vineyards. Discover the thermal baths and the flair of the vineyards!

Sit back and relax in this stylish and modern accommodation in a quiet location in the volcanic region. Or enjoy long evenings on the jetty and cool off in your own bathing pond. There is also an infrared sauna with space for 2 people, a bathroom with shower and a toilet (both of which are accessible from the outside). The fireplace and designer furniture create a cozy atmosphere. (Note: Room height upstairs is only 1.60 m)
