We booked this room at a last minute and it is a good thing that we did. We were able to relax before my child’s triathlon race. The staff were friendly and attentive to our needs. There is a parking in front of the property, and is secured because it is monitored by CCTVs. There is also good fastfood in front of the property which serve delicious and affordable food. Overall, we had a great stay at CJ Aprartment and we highly recommend it if you are looking for a place just outside of SBMA.

The unit is very well maintained, not your typical AirBnB place. This one is hotel standards with high quality beds and beddings, appliances (esp the AC units, smart tv and induction stove) and tableware. Toilets are very clean and in good condition. Its only for small family, else it can get really crowded.

Location is superb! Bettina/Nive has been very responsive when I had inquiries. 😊 The bed was very comfortable :)

We had a great experience staying in this accomodation. Eventhough there is unexpected power interruption and the admin inform us directly. Everything is fine and accessible in all.(near public market and SM). They have also spaces for parking lot. Staffs are very approachable and help us to find churches that are nearby.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Lorena has provided a lovely studio apartment that is fully equipped. The location is ideal for those looking for a quiet safe getaway.

I stayed here for 30 days while attending an English academy. The neighborhood was quiet, allowing me to rest well, and the room condition was quite good. Among everything, the speaker became my precious companion. Although Netflix was available, this speaker kept me company throughout the month, making my stay much less lonely. The house also had excellent soundproofing, so no matter how loud the volume was, it couldn't be heard from outside. The hosts were incredibly kind and responsive. They even helped me get medicine when I had an upset stomach. I truly appreciate everything and will cherish the memories of my month-long stay. Thank you!

Place is very nice with extra amenities like books and gym equipment which you can use in idle time. It’s clean and the neighborhood is quiet. A convenience store is also within walking distance. You might need to bring extra shampoo/soap/toothpaste though if you’re planning to bathe multiple times.

the place is peaceful and serene. It was quite relaxing especially with the nature and it’s farm vibe. However, the signage and the road to the place itself is a little bumpy and hard to find. The staff are very friendly and responsive throughout our needs.

Great location for exploring the Freeport Zone. The unit was very spacious and perfect for the three of us. We arrived about 30 minutes earlier than expected, and they kindly allowed us to check in early, which we really appreciated not all places are that accommodating.

The accommodation was beautiful and all the party felt right at home. It is a peaceful location and close to local shops, bars, restaurants and fantastic for the children too

Before mentioning the condition of the accommodation, I want to express my sincere gratitude to the host. They were incredibly kind and always responded promptly and warmly, even to the smallest questions and requests. The overall condition of the place was very satisfying. While the building exterior and the room weren’t particularly stylish, everything I needed was there and worked perfectly. The water pressure was good, and both the refrigerator and the water heater were in excellent condition. Having a convenience store on the ground floor was also super convenient. There were a few tiny ants, but nothing too concerning—and thankfully, none near the bed. If I have the chance, I’d definitely love to stay here again with this wonderful host.

Walter’s place is right on spot. Location, cleanliness, the area felt safe, homey. They even provided basic toiletries like tootbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, soap. I would definitely stay again if I visit the place. Though he didn’t let us extend for at least an hour esp that there are no guests coming after us, I totally understood. All in all, I would recommend Walter’s place to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in SBMA.
