We had a great time staying here! Perfectly modern and classy, the interior design featured chic furnishings, tasteful decor, and a cozy, welcoming ambiance that created the impression of a luxurious haven. It was very impressive. An incredible home away from home because of an ideal balance between its aesthetic and its functionality. Sir Hans was very friendly, responding promptly to my inquiries and checking in to make sure everything was proceeding as planned. They definitely cared a lot about making sure you had a fantastic time. Those seeking a lovely, cozy stay with excellent service should definitely check out on this! ❤️❤️❤️

My family loved it! The beach is nice. Mr. Hans’ place is peaceful, relaxing and refreshing. Mr. Hans is a great host. He ensured that we can check in smoothly in the residence and in the beach club. He is also very responsive. The staff are friendly and Ms. Maricel, the caretaker is kind, friendly and very responsive too!

Hans was very accommodating right from the start. He answered all of my questions prior to booking. When I was finally able to book, he even went above and beyond and upgraded our unit to a bigger one. I also appreciate the caretakers as they were really friendly and helpful the moment we arrived. I have nothing but good words to Hans, his team, and his unit. We will definitely going back again! Thanks for making our stay fun and relaxing! ☺️

Anvaya Beach Club never disappoints! We come here every year and the club is still well-maintained and peaceful. As for accommodation, we were 4 adults and 4 kids during our stay. We all felt comfortable. We were able to get a good night sleep. It was clean and big for our family of 8. Complete amenities. Water heater and wifi were all working. The host was very responsive and accommodating especially for minor requests. Highly recommendable! Thank you, Ms. Raquel and to your team as well!

The stay was great overall. The place was just as described, clean, and had all the amenities I needed. However, something to improve is the cooking ware for replacement. Overall, I recommend this place to anyone to stay and experience the Anvaya.

We had a great time at Hans place. Guards were well informed of our visit and Marcicel the caretaker was there to help us out with the luggage exactly when we got there. The place was clean and the place was well maintained. Beds and pillows was very comfortable (and I’m hard to please). I rarely have a great sleep away from our home but I had a great good night sleep for both nights we stayed. Internet was good and Smart TV outside was amazing for us to watch. Would have been great if the TVs on the bedrooms was smart TV as well but it was a blessing in disguise as we spent more time together as a family in the living room. Overall, we had a great time at Han’s place and they really made sure we had a great experience and would love to comeback!

People from the South, like me, opts to go south than travel all the way to the north. This place is different, here are the things that i like in this place: Security: The place is well secured, there's security post at various locations, there's also roving security, pools and beach resorts are also flocked with attentive lifeguards. Condo and the host: Condo is spacious, clean, comfortable beds, cold aircon, hot/cold shower. check-in was a breeze, Hans is so responsive we didn't encounter any issues. I drove almost 500 kilometers round trip, will i do it again? Yes i would, will definitely miss and go back here again! Thank you Hans!

I’m a solo traveller and first time visiting Subic to meet my friends. Ate Jen was so kind to give me early check in because i had an early arrival flight, thank you so much! I highly recommend this place!

From beginning to end, Yuri is a fantastic host! I spent 1 month in her beautiful unit & it was exactly what I needed! Yuri was always only a text away for any questions. The unit is truly beautiful with everything you need for a long, or short, stay. Fully fitted out kitchen, nice relaxing balcony, & very comfortable beds! The condo is so peaceful & quiet with friendly reception staff. Everything you need is walking distance. Royal Duty Free Store, lots more malls & shops, great restaurants & if you get tired of the sparkling quiet pool, the beach is only a few minutes walk. I truly enjoyed staying at Yuri’s place & highly recommend it. Specially if you’re looking to be out of the hassle & noice of Barreto, which is only a short drive away. Thank you Yuri for a wonderful month of relaxation. I truly hope to return.

We were allowed to have an early check in at the unit. Very responsive host. Clean and Nice place. Will definitely go back.

The view was spectacular. I enjoyed the balcony and watching the military aircraft coming and going. The view of the bay and the security was what I was looking for

* Service: Received quick acknowledgement upon confirming reservation. Speedy responses to questions/requests. * Amenities: Fast WIFI connection. It was also nice that—although with an extra fee,—there’s an available access to a swimming pool. * Room: The place is just right for two people to move around comfortably. * Location: WE LOVE THE LOCATION! It’s so peaceful and right amount of quiet. The view was superb. Love the neighborhood, plus there’s a really great restaurant nearby. * Value: Although we loved our stay due to the location, price can be a bit lower. Overall, we highly recommend this place. Louie is probably one of the best hosts we have encountered so far! He went above and beyond for me and my family during our stay that made the experience memorable. His place is clean, quiet, has nice bath room, has great amenities (we loved the pool and the nature!), and it just feels safe and great for families. Thank you, Louie for being a super star host! We’d love to go back to your place.

Angelie was very responsive. She’s always online. Kuya Khim was also helpful. Will go back to this place some other time.

The place was as good as advertised. Didn't have any issues checking in or out. The unit was clean, cool and prepared nicely before we arrived. Amenities were also complete. The host, Jen, was able to respond to all my follow-up questions. We had some issues with the wi-fi connection as it would intermittently disconnect from time to time or become too slow but this is more likely due to the service provider. Probably the only downside to the experience is you'd have to definitely bring along your own vehicle in order to reach the Beach and Nature club, which is quite some distance from the unit. There's a shuttle service, but you'd have to pay for it separately. This isn't the host's fault, of course, just something to consider when booking a stay here. Also, tried looking for Netflix app on the TV but couldn't find any installed or maybe I missed it? It would be nice to have that as entertainment rather than cable tv. Anyway, that's just a recommendation for the host.
