I enjoyed great breakfast and coffee with the wonderful things left for me like the press coffee, home made peanut butter, oatmeal and bread. The interior design is really unique and beautiful. The building is a bit old & run-down, but its unbeatable location ( right between the beach & 2x big shopping malls) make up for it. This is the lowest priced apartment in the privileged & expensive Subic Bay Freeport Zone. Be aware, it's in the center of the building with no outside window, only a hallway window.

The Forest Gem is perfect for couples, Business people, and families.Great for Athletes, whether you are looking for a base to train or participating in one of Subic’s Triathlon or Ironman events. Fantastic if you yearn for peace and quiet alongside nature. This unit is on the third floor, with wonderful views of the immediate rain forest, and the distant bay area. The whole building is quiet during daytime except for the peaceful sounds of nature.
“On the accommodation: - The room was clean and appealing. It was as accurate as the endorsed photos. - There were provided bath items and the kitchen was completely supplied with cooking utensils and flatwares. - The place is located in a quiet area, surrounded by trees. Some of the taxis we hailed were not familiar on the address, so we advise to be aware on the detailed directions Ms. Leilani will give you. On the hosts: - They were very friendly and accommodating. We had some troubles in the place but were solved swiftly because of their help. They also go the extra mile just for us to have a great experience in Subic. - Ms. Leilani and her husband gave great tips for our trip. She suggested some tourist places and how we can travel to and from those. - They are also amazingly considerate. We wanted to start our trip in Subic early but we didn’t want to have all our baggage with us. Ms. Leilani offered to keep it in her home first (which was next to the unit) even before our check-in time. She and her husband are really nice, and they’re a part of why we enjoyed our trip!”
