Lovely place to stay excellent location and clean

Sharing some love for Rosey’s Place! From the seamless communication with the host to the easy check-in process, everything was a breeze. The property's spaciousness was perfect for our group of 11, and the kitchen had all the essentials, making meal prep a delight. The cozy atmosphere made us feel right at home. Though the internet on the second floor was a bit spotty for our laptops, it didn't dampen our five-star experience! Thank you, Rosey’s Place! ‘Til next time! 💚🏡

Super happy kami ng bf ko we stay there for 4 days and 5 nights hahaha we extend pa kasi we can’t over sa sobrang gandaaa, sobrang bait din owner and super maasikaso nung care taker. all in all we love that place, must be back in another time? hahaaha

26 Long Beach road is relatively quiet but an easy walk to the main bars and restaurants. Apartment was as described and everything worked, it was clean, secure and the area is safe. Very easy access to the beach. Hosts friendly and helpful. Scuba dive centres are close by and enjoyed the experience. I would stay again and recommend.

Staying there was nice, we always got to try the drinks, and the bar was open til 10 or 11 pm sometimes. The owner and staff were very welcoming and guided you to good local spots if you asked! Will recommend this place to people, especially those who prefer an affordable but very worth it place to stay <3

Had the best time at Claudine's, it was exactly what our family needed. Our kids loved the place and we'll definitely go back!

The house was really nice. The multiple bedrooms with a bathroom each made our stay really comfortable. The place is perfect for big groups. The bed settings even the double decks are comfy. Ann was very responsive and was open as well to suggestions to further improve the place. Highly recommended!

Picfures on airbnb are exactly as what you will see. The house is huge and we were able to use all 4 bedrooms! The entire house has air-conditioning, amenities as described are complete. The perfect house to host my son's birthday celebration which can accommodate 4 families! 😊 Near subic attractions, too! Will surely book again for our next get together.

Tita Myrna and Tito Rudy was very accommodating and very friendly. Their humble abode is well maintained and just a few kms to where we had our boat ride at San Antonio. They both assisted us during our check-in and even offered us to stay past the check-out time. Overall, the place is one of the best place to stay if you want to be in between, Olongapo (where we had a great time in the Inflatable Island) and to San Antonio where we had the island tour. Highly recommended.. <3

Place was great and once you entered the house its really feels like home. Everything available for convenience especially air condition that’s really needed now in the country. Host are also great very helpful and responsive. We just had a problem first time we get there,because it is uphill and steep, but all in all we had a great stay. Loved our stay at Fei’s place. She was prompt to respond to our messages for a last minute stay. The housekeeper was friendly and helped us find the place on the phone. The place was gorgeous and well priced with amazing views especially at sunset. Would recommend this stay to everyone wish i could have stayed longer

Louie is probably one of the best hosts we have encountered so far! He went above and beyond for me and my family during our stay that made the experience memorable. His place is clean, quiet, has nice bath room, has great amenities (we loved the pool and the nature!), and it just feels safe and great for families. Thank you, Louie for being a super star host! The map location and address will send you some where else…me and some friends all booked at Poco a Poco but when we got there the map told me and my buddy to go somewhere else while my friend and his buddy’s host met them at their room at poco a poco. Don’t waste a walk the location is at poco a poco. ( I know it hints at it in the photos but it’s kind of misleading when the map and address bring you else where). Maybe it will get fixed after this post …other than that it was amazing!

Our stay at Guz's place was comfortable and transaction was straightforward. Check-in and check-out went smoothly. New sheets and towels were provided. The kitchen was well equipped that we were able to reheat and cook food during our stay. The AC in the living room and bedroom was in good condition, a must in this summer heat. Sleeping arrangement was adequate for our group of 8. It was a pleasure staying in his place.

My family and I enjoyed our weekend in Subic, with Walter's place as our base. It is near to all the places we went to, like the yacht club, restaurants and malls. It is also walkable to the beach where the night market is. All the amenities listed are complete, we got all we needed to have a comfortable stay

The place was as good as advertised. Didn't have any issues checking in or out. The unit was clean, cool and prepared nicely before we arrived. Amenities were also complete. The host, Jen, was able to respond to all my follow-up questions. We had some issues with the wi-fi connection as it would intermittently disconnect from time to time or become too slow but this is more likely due to the service provider. Probably the only downside to the experience is you'd have to definitely bring along your own vehicle in order to reach the Beach and Nature club, which is quite some distance from the unit. There's a shuttle service, but you'd have to pay for it separately. This isn't the host's fault, of course, just something to consider when booking a stay here. Also, tried looking for Netflix app on the TV but couldn't find any installed or maybe I missed it? It would be nice to have that as entertainment rather than cable tv. Anyway, that's just a recommendation for the host.

It was a very nice place to stay in. Unit is comfortable with more than enough amenities. Basic toiletries and towels were provided. Comfort room had heated toilet seats and a bath tub. Kitchen has a working microwave/oven. Built in water purifier for drinking available. Items such as rice cooker, hair dryer, and oil/salt/pepper had to be requested but were provided. My family had a very good time in this place.
