The studio is located about 50 meters from the sea with access to a bathing jetty and its own small beach. Here you can enjoy dinner from the balcony or from the dining table and at the same time see the boats sail by. The place has all the comforts you will need for a nice stay, possibility of beds for 6 people.

After a 20-minute walk, you are at the nearest swimming area on Ganlet where you can swim from both cliffs and a small beach. There are also 2 bikes available. 2 parking spaces are available.

Our house i situated in a nice and calm area. The house have a modern kitchen, three large bedrooms and a big living room. A spa with sauna, one bathroom o with bathtub and toilet. One toilet on the first floor. Sunny terrace and a balcony. 5 min walk to the tram from the house. It is 5 min with tram to Liseberg and 10 min to center. There is a pathway through the woods that takes you to Delsjön in 20 min. 5 min from the house you find a small grocery store and restaurants.
