Our apartment is cozy with two bedrooms, balcony, kitchen-living room and bathroom on a good 70 square meters. From the master bedroom you look at the lake, on the balcony you can have a cozy breakfast and through the separate toilet everyone has enough space. In the bathroom you will find a bathtub with shower wall, the kitchen is fully equipped and your car is parked in the carport. Traveling with children, so we have a sofa bed in the living room. Maximum occupancy is 4 adults and 2 additional children.

The place is close to the refreshing waters of a clear mountain lake in the Austrian alps, ideal for swimming, sailing, hiking, down-hill and cross-country skiing, skydiving, mountain biking, and so much more. Salzburg is just an hour away, Vienna and Munich close enough for a day trip. The apartment is just steps from the lake, spacious and sun-filled with an open-floor living area, a large quiet bedroom and a sunny terrace and front yard. A great place for families, couples and solo travelers.

Our cottage is located directly on the lakeside, consists of 3 apartments and 2 add. rooms to rent (i.e. for children). The spacious lakefront property is a place of adventure and relaxation as well as an oasis for swimming, sunbathing and simply unwind - the contrast to crowded lakes. House and garden are well secured and only separated by an access road. Additionally: steam bath, playground, barbecue, fire pit, picnic tables, 2 rowing boats, washing machine, dryer and rooms with terraces.

Unsere Unterkunft bietet Seeblick, direkten Seezugang, einen eigenen Strandbereich, kostenfreie überdachte Privatparkplätze und kostenfreies Wlan. Das Appartement verfügt über eine 40 m2 große Sonnenterrasse, 2 Schlafzimmer mit Jalousien, ein Wohnzimmer, einen Flachbild-Kabel-TV, eine voll ausgestattete Küche und ein Bad mit Dusche und Badewanne. Der Golfplatz des Kärntner Golf Clubs Dellach befindet sich direkt hinter unserem Haus. Für unsere Gäste gibt es 40 % Greenfee Ermäßigung.

This barrier-free bungalow is suitable for families, seniors, and the disabled. Beach and all amenities are to be used by all guests of our houses. 3 Bungalows in total for max 20 people. Can also be booked as a group accommodation. No pets allowed. Bed linen, kitchen towels, towels are provided. You must bring your own beach towels. Washing machine not in bungalows but can be used on request for a fee. A deposit of €250 is required for damages.
