No one could enter No 3 and not smile. It is enchanting. Fab location for walks straight out of the door , access to Fountains/Ripon/Pateley Bridge. Quiet hamlet with particularly beautiful chapel with boxed pews and lovely clear windows. Coffee grinder, beans, biscuits, eggs and milk to great you. And colours that make you feel you ve landed in some whimsical film set. We loved it all.

Had a lovely stay at Ivy cottage. Brilliant peaceful location if you’re looking to visit Fountains Abbey, which is only a 5-10 min drive down the road. Cottage had everything you need for a comfortable stay and whilst we didn’t meet the hosts in person, Caroline and Karen were friendly and responsive over message, especially with recommending places to eat in the local area.

Fabulous little 2 bed house, all on one level ( just 2 small steps upto the front door). Really lovely furnishings and beautifully laid out. Very clean and tidy. Outside space was equally lovely, small cobbled seating area with planters. Quiet location but just 10 mins walk into Rippon. Helen was excellent in communicating directions and instructions for accessing the property. Lots to do in Rippon and surrounding area. Will definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay in Sophie’s place. The accommodation was spacious and very comfortable. It was also well situated for exploring the delightful city of Ripon and the surrounding area.
