Cabin holiday rentals in Stryn

We stayed here for our honeymoon and WOW what an amazing place. The views from the cabin are insane, we were snowed in for a few days but the cabin was the perfect place for a few slow days! Ellen-Kristine and Bjørn we're really helpful and quick to respond when we had any questions. They even got a friendly neighbour to check we were ok when the unexpected snow arrived! For outdoor activities the location is perfect, Stranda itself is very quiet, it's a fairly long drive (40mins) for any nice restaurants, but that was fine with us!

Endroit exceptionnel ! Seuls au bout du monde au dessus du fjord... Une des plus belles vues de notre séjour. Une jolie cabane construite par notre hôte. Très bien équipée et très joliment décorée. Mention spéciale aux WC dans une petite cabane indépendante à la vue imprenable sur le fjord :) Les hôtes sont accueillants, gentils et disponibles ! Meilleur hébergement de notre voyage !

An absolutely amazing place to stay - the easiest 5-star review I’ve ever given! Breathtaking views from this beautiful and secluded cabin. The hot tub and fire pit are wonderful and the entire property is gorgeous, just like you can see in the photos. Two things to be aware of: 1) It’s a 3-4 min hike down to the cabin from the road where you park, but the hosts provided clear instructions for where to park and were super helpful in bringing our luggage down and back up during check-in and check-out. 2) There is another cabin right next to this one which the hosts also rent out. During the weekend that my wife and I were here, there was nobody staying in the other cabin so the area was a private oasis for us. Worth keeping in mind though that you’ll be sharing the space with others a bit though if anyone is staying in the other cabin. It’s a beautiful place and absolutely lives up to the photos in the listing. The hosts are helpful, friendly, and speak good English. 5/5!

Vil takke for et hyggelig opphold på hytten. Veldig fin hytte hvor vi hadde en koselig langhelg. Flott med gode instruksjoner til oppholdet og fin kommunikasjon med vert. Anbefales!:)

Wir hatten während unseres Norwegen-Trips einen längeren Aufenthalt von 7 Nächten bei Bottolf und Siw – und es war einfach großartig! Die Unterkunft diente uns hauptsächlich zur Entspannung, wofür der Jacuzzi absolut perfekt war. Das Haus war sehr gut ausgestattet, sauber und gemütlich – man fühlte sich sofort wohl. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die herzliche Gastfreundschaft: Bottolf gab uns regelmäßig tolle Ausflugstipps und hat sich immer wieder erkundigt, ob es uns gut geht und ob wir noch etwas brauchen. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!

Vi var fire vennepar som var på helgetur.Hytten var perfekt for oss.Fin beliggenhet.Den hadde alt vi trengte til å lage mat.Fin uteplass .kommer gjerne igjen.

Sehr schöne und gemütliche Hütte mit viel Platz, die zum verweilen einlädt. Die Terasse bietet einen traumhaften Blick über den Fjord. Die Fotos zeigen die Hütte bei weitem nicht so gut wie sie eigentlich ist.

Amazing stay at Heidi’s place in Lodalen. We absolutely loved the location: the view is breathtaking, and it’s just a short drive away to the Kjenndal Glacier, Loen Skylift and other local attractions. You can also do a short walk to reach the lake. The house is perfect for a family (there were four of us total, 2 adults and 2 kids). There is plenty of room to hang out in the living area, and the kitchen is well equipped - the only thing that was missing was a freezer. Overall, it was a lovely stay, and I would certainly recommend this place to anyone wanting to spend time in the Loen valley.

We stayed 8 days in Tore and Ann Turids Boathouse with our dog Smilla and our 13 months old daughter. Ann Turid was very kind and always quick in answering our questions. The house is well equipped and it is a magnificent scenery from the house. The weather was a little bit rough sometimes thats why we could not use a boat. Ann Turid was so kind to organize a nice boat trip with a very experienced and nice local fisher called Rune. Rune visited us after the boat trip on the boardwalk to give us tipps for fishing. We loved the area and the peacefulness of this lovely spot. We took a walk up to Kronknappen mountain on a good day. We love to come again.

Le logement de jorgen est très bien autant d'un point de vue emplacement que équipements. Il est situé dans une très belle vallée avec une rivière magnifique . Jorgen nous a laissé l'accès à un petit lac permettant la pêche. La proximité Hellesylt permet un bon ravitaillement et donne accès au ferry permettant d'aller visiter le Geiranger fjord . Nous recommandons grandement la chalet de Jorgen.

Karoline’s place was a joy to stay in. It has everything you need in a home, from toiletries to a well stocked kitchen and a well heated place. She was also extremely responsive, helpful and did everything she could to make our stay comfortable. We had a wonderful experience and highly recommend anyone looking to stay in this area to book this home ☺️

Min mand og jeg har haft den skønneste tur på den helt fantastiske hytte <3, vi endte også med at forlenge vores ophold fordi der var så skønt, så 6 amazinge dage, vi kommer helt sikkert tilbake :) Alt var perfekt. Wow for et sted!! Vi gleder os til neste besøk der:-) takk for det hele.

Nous avons passé un super séjour. La baie vitrée dans la salon offre une magnifique vue sur la baie. La possibilité de faire un feu pour se chauffer est aussi un plus.

Moderne og praktisk hytte i vakkert landskap. Vi var 11 stk som brukte hytten som base for å utforske fjordene, og vi var alle veldig fornøyde med oppholdet. Anbefaler stedet på det sterkeste!

Fantastisk hytte med den smukkeste udsigt og mange udflugtsmål i nærheden. Endnu flottere end på billederne. Alt var pænt og rent, kan kun give den største anbefaling. Vi manglede kun en højstol (kan blot være en billig fra Ikea!).

Hytta ligger fantastisk til midt i skianlegget i Stranda. Strålende utsikt fra stua og terrassen. Hytta holder meget god standard og oppfylt alle våre forventninger. Joakim sendte god og tydelig informasjon før oppholdet og svarte alltid raskt om det var noe. Alt i alt et vi veldig fornøyd med oppholdet og kommer gjerne tilbake 😊

‏This is place is a heaven on the earth. By far the best airbnb I have ever Stayed in. ‏The host was exceptional meet, greet and gave brief about everything. ‏The home is satiated on the lake, got all what you need. The kichen is fully equipped. The bathroom got underfloor heating. The living room has an amzing view of the mountains and the lake. ‏We loved grilling outside peaceful and wonderful views.

Possibly the best air BnB in terms of the quality of the hosting and overall experience. Communication is on point, Frode is extremely helpful & the chalet is full equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. A beautiful location, with panoramic views of the mountains, easy access (ski in/ski out) to the ski centre. We had a wonderful stay & we hope to have many more. Amazing experience from start to finish. Highly recommend!

un très bel endroit, et le chalet était parfait pour nous 5. une très belle vue, et un endroit . Nous avons utilisé 2 fois le barbecue, c était parfait.

Die Unterkunft war frisch renoviert, sehr sauber und der Ausblick super. Elisabeth und Jan haben auf Nachrichten und Anliegen sehr schnell reagiert. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt.

Beautiful cabin in Strandafjellet! The location is perfect to go skiing/hiking and the view from the cabin is great. It was extremely clean when we arrived, and Gunn Veronika was very welcoming. 100% would recommend!
