The apartment is on the third floor of an apartment building. There is a living or dining room and a bedroom, as well as a kitchen, bathroom and two balconies. Everything is freely available to you during your visit.

Ab Frühsommer 2026 gibt es eine exklusive Sauna, diese kann optional gebucht werden. Rauchen ist nur im Freien erlaubt!! Unweit des Hauses ist die Schwanner Warte, Ausgangspunkt vieler Wanderungen und Spaziergänge. Im Ort befindet sich in ca. 600 m Entfernung ein größeres Einkaufszentrum mit verschiedenen Geschäften sowie mehrere Gaststätten . Die Großräume Karlsruhe, Ettlingen, Pforzheim und Stuttgart sind gut erreichbar.

Our farmhouse is located north of the "Black Forest Nature Park". Nature invites you to cycle, hike and discover: orchards, forests, meadow valleys and high moors, gorges, streams & lakes! And vineyards. But you can also relax in our garden and enjoy local wine or craft beer. We have 2 dogs and 1 cat, turtles and sheep (not always on premise).

Modern furnishings, bright rooms, an open layout, and 92 square meters of space. It sleeps 1-6 people. You can relax comfortably on a small balcony. Access is via a separate staircase. We look forward to welcoming guests who want to explore our beautiful Kraichgau region or use it as a stopover on their journey.
