The sitting room is comfortable & cosy with sofas a fire and a TV , a lovely place to unwind. There is a pretty garden which is private and sheltered . We have four bedrooms , one king size bed with en-suite , two doubles and one single and a second bathroom . There is parking for two cars on the drive .

Near the pretty village of Honington on the edge of the Cotswolds, about 2 miles from Shipston on Stour which is a gateway to the beauty of the Cotswolds and 9 miles from Stratford Upon Avon, Warwick and Leamington Spa. The Stables have been recently renovated, underfloor heating, combines contemporary style in a character Barn Converstion on a farm in a rural location offering peace and quiet and overlooks an Italian style garden. Dogs are welcome and can run free in the gardens and fields.

Church Cottage is my home and I have a wonderful Barn to offer to you within the Cotswolds. The Barn was converted into a living space some 40 years ago and has been built with typical Cotswold style and stone. We are blessed in this village with a great pub, a local village shop which offers lovely local produce food whilst the local pub - Coach & Horses will offer you a warm welcome.
