Approached up a quarter mile long driveway, this is the west wing of a large Cotswold farmhouse set in a courtyard within 12 acres of fields and is the most perfect retreat. Where possible a two nights stay over weekend please. The wing has its own private front door and is self contained. It is immaculately clean, although there are always signs of rural life and has BT broadband wifi. Outside we have an astro tennis court and have an area beside there with chairs and table to sit and relax

Farthings Cottage is a recently refurbished warm and cosy little hideaway nestled amongst woodland and fields; close to our house but private. With garden a covered terrace and fire-pit. In the southern part of Warwickshire - easy access to Stratford-on-Avon, Warwick and the Cotswolds. Tucked away in 26 acres of equestrian tranquility. With a friendly golden, a cat, five horses and two teenagers. We would say that a car is an absolute necessity as there is a drive away from all amenities.
