Cozy apartment just minutes from the beach

SYL offers everything you are looking for in a holiday home. The apartment can accommodate four people (plus baby) and is equipped with every comfort. In the two cozy bedrooms you will find a double bed and two single beds. The apartment has been completely refurbished in 2020. The large living room offers a lot of living space. Together you eat generously at the long table with six nice chairs. Of course you can have modern conveniences such as WiFi, BluRay, Chromecast and Spotify Connect.

We, a family with 4 children (10, 13, 16 and 18 years), have a holiday home next to our house with its own entrance and parking space. The cottage is within walking distance of the charming village center, just like the beach (approximately 500m from the cottage). 750m away is a beautiful hiking and nature reserve the Zwanenwater. A unique quiet location on the second floor in the Wijde Blick complex, opposite the beach entrance and adjacent to the cozy center of Callantsoog. This place has everything for a wonderful inspiring vacation on the coast, including hotel service; made-up beds upon arrival, bath linens, kitchen linens and accessories. *No Dog, Child/Baby, Smoking.

The cottage is detached and has a front and back garden with terraces and a sitting area with a stone barbecue. It is located in Groote Keeten, a quiet village, within walking distance of the North Sea beach. The kitchen has a dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, fridge with freezer compartment, electric oven, a 4-burner gas stove and a microwave. There is a high chair and an extra crib available. There is also a shed with a handcart and sun loungers and parasols.

Sandepark 127 is located in Groote Keeten, a small village directly on the coast and 3 km north of the cozy and touristy village of Callantsoog. The Sandepark is a quiet and green holiday park about 600 m from the coast. The wide sandy beach is great for beach recreation: swimming, surfing, fishing, kite flying, blokarting and paddle boarding. In the immediate vicinity of Groote Keeten, you will find beautiful hiking and cycling routes through beautiful nature reserves.

Just get away from it all, enjoy nature on the edge of the IJsselmeer, surrounded by beautiful nature reserves. In the 2700m2 backyard of our farmhouse are two detached tiny houses with a large private garden and private entrance with lots of privacy. Layout: Living room, kitchen equipped with combi oven, induction hob, refrigerator and Nespresso machine, bedroom with double box spring, bathroom with underfloor heating and rain shower, wood stove and sleeping loft.

NEW - The renovated and practically furnished studio is 400 meters from the beach and 100 meters from the village center. Enjoy a nice location near the beach entrance De Seinpost, which leads directly to a nice beach club. Complete, modern and cozy studio. And of course Callantsoog itself with as many as 6 beach clubs, terraces, supermarket that is open every day, boutiques, restaurants, snack bars, ice cream parlor, bike rental and always something to do.

Enjoy "Ein wenig Meerzeit"

Our cozy holiday bungalow in the park "de Watersnip" in the coastal town of Petten is close to the beach and the canals around the park. From the parking lot, you go by a small shell path to our private, hedged retreat. The park de Watersnip, in which our MEERZEIT is located, also has great leisure facilities (pool, etc.) available to our tenants & guests. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask at the information desk at the park entrance.

This cozy guesthouse has all the comforts. It is within walking distance of the beach, is tastefully decorated, has a private entrance, is suitable for 2 people (no babies) and has a private terrace on the water. In the area, you can enjoy hiking, biking and (kite)surfing. The guesthouse has underfloor heating, so you can also stay here in winter. There is a private parking space, and the location can also be reached easily by public transportation.

Also very suitable as a base for the cities of Schagen (10 km), Den Helder (15 km), Alkmaar (25 km), and Amsterdam (55 km). All easily accessible by public transportation.
