Entrance to outerwear. NB! No kitchen, but: Private room between hallway and bathroom that is equipped with fridge/freezer, studio stove,microwave, kettle, press for coffee. Cups, water glasses,wine glasses, plates,cutlery, etc.

A newly renovated basement (30m2) with a separate entrance. The bathroom is 10m2 and has a large shower with different settings. The living/sleeping area is roughly 20m2 with high ceilings, heated floor and a TV with chromecast. The "kitchen" area has a fridge, sink, cooking top (for one pot) and a microwave oven. Free parking outside the apartment. 15 minute walk from city centre of Stavanger. The basement is under our house, so some degree of noise should be expected during the daytime (kids).

Spacious top apartment (95 sqm or 3-4 hotel rooms) Newly renovated to a high standard in a style that respects the location - between the Jugund style wooden villas and the revamped, trendy old industry area "stavanger øst". About 12 min walk from the city center and just 2 blocks from stop with regular buses. The ferry terminal and Goddalen coastal walk are close by. There is a shared garden, and a roof terrace with great views, however the terrace is not finished. Not suitable for parties.

Cozy, downtown apartment

I now rent out my dear home to you who want to stay close to the city centre, but in a quiet and pleasant environment when you visit Stavanger. It is a very cozy loft apartment (if I may say so myself) with a sunny terrace. The living room is furnished with a comfortable 120 cm bed, but I note that the apartment has minimal sun protection. As long as there is daylight, it will be bright, but that is also a lot of the charm of the apartment.

Enjoy your stay in a modern and cosy flat in the centre of town. Located on the top floor with private balcony, you can enjoy panoramic views of Stavanger. A shared roof terrace is also available.
